How about you make it to where it only mimics one thing at a time.

That way it wont be a flying, teleporting, exploding thing that shoots fireballs

what if you could feed it by right clicking it with meat, or throwing the meat out, and then it wouldnt be hungry, so it wont attack you, unless you hit it.

And when you eat bananas it overloads the map and turns all natural blocks into more bananas. Then if you eat those it turns all other blocks into bananas. If you find the legendary daimond banana you die and never respawn.
