Except Byond, how many times have I posted a comment similar to this? No times. Sure, before I knew that if they didn't respond, it meant a deny, but it wasn't at all like this. And besides, you could just say that you feel my app could use a little length work when it comes to shortness, not completely insult what I am trying to do. In a way, I feel that you are making this a whole lot harsher than it needs to be. Also, I'm just trying to get helpful information that I can put into my app.
It breaks my heart when I see that a warden/Alpha passes by my application and doesn't reply. What do you guys like to see? I'm honestly VERY determined to become guard. I just want a shot at it.
Nice app, well written, proper font size. It is obvious that you really want to be guard on this server and you put quite a lot of effort into your application. IDK If this matters, but I recommend you.

Motives!!
I have many motives to be guard. First, prisoner servers can become boring after you become free. However, guard will make this much more interesting. Second, I want to help people on the server by being me and killing PVPers when they arise, so they can be safe on the server. Third, I LOVE this server to little bits and pieces, and I would love it if I could find a way to help it become even better. Finally, I feel that I'll make more friends and just have fun as a guard. Another thing you should know is that I will be socially active. I won't mumble to myself in a corner. I'll actually talk and make sure that other people will get to know me.
Reasons why I should be guard!
I know all the rules of guarding, and will fulfil server rules and guard rules. I am mature, and I won't start raging if I happen to get beaten many times. I will help those who are in constant need of help, so they can have fun on the server. I also happen to know that if I become guard, I can make a lasting difference on the server. Lastly, I feel that why I should be guard, is because I want to help anybody who needs help, whether it be getting from point A to point B, or whether it be helping them to rank up. Also, since I've been guard before, I've been able to know how to guard efficiently for a while now. I don't want to put that knowledge to waste. I want to guard so I can put what I know into this server.
PVP
On a scale of 1 to 10 on PVP skill, I would say I'm about a 7 and a half. PVP isn't an easy thing, but as a guard, I'll work harder to protect those on the server from PVPers who want to loot stuff just so they can get money for their own greedy purposes. I'll put those in their place who think it's okay to just go around and PVP in C or B blocks. And lastly, I feel that if I get the ranking of guard, that I will find a way to help those with PVP problems in any way I can, whether it be watching over the prisoners to make sure they're not attacked, to giving them helpful advice to help them succeed in their goal to get out of prison the hard way, unlike cheapshots who think they can just earn their money by taking other people's stuff.
Leading Skills
I will learn to become a better leader with guard position, and I'll also use my current leadership position to help others who need it. I'll lead the server by leaving an influence and by helping others to get where they need to. I'll even step up in a situation where no wardens are around and be a leader. In my eyes, however, a leader isn't someone who commands an army, or is the captain of something. For me, it's someone who can be mature and who can help others to cheer up, or to stand with them. A king hides from the bullets. But, a leader will stand with his people who are following and take those bullets to the face. I feel I can be that person who stands with other people and taking a bullet to the face.

I'd have to agree with JakeDawg. You have a nice app. But, I have one thing. Try to beef it up just a little more. I feel that if you beef it up just a little more with Question 7, you might have more of a chance.
Also, I will be taking a slight break from the server. I really need to start enjoying life, and so Minecraft isn't exactly enjoying life... So I'll see you guys on this server again sometime.

If you're trying to attract attention, stop it. Anyway, if you feel sad take a break and go and do something in real life. It's not all about Minecraft you know, however much you may wish it to be.
So um, I don't know if I should take a break from the server or not, because if I take a break, I might not be able to become guard. If I don't though, I might be miserable.
