The best solution I've found personally was mentioned in the thread webrosc mentioned (here), which is to turn on VSYNC and also VBO in the in-game settings. It is, as Dadiko said, a problem with the Intel Integrated graphics card.
I'm talking about none of those, I'm talking about the amount of posts posted here.
Why does the amount of posts define be quality of the forum? We could post hundreds of threads titled "$;"-&;" and say "ajdbsmalajdnfnsbakyayminecraftimsocool" and to meet whatever post count you seem as better, but is it going to be better?
My account says that I made it a few days ago - but I've been reading the forums for many years. I only recently started posting as something to fill time at work when I cannot play Minecraft.
If if you're talking about the experience level of posters:
1) There isn't a way to "fix" this. It also doesn't mean that it's "dead" or even "broken". I am on everyday and constantly see inspired and inspiring posts and threads.
2) IMO, experience doesn't matter. A forum is a collection of people with a common interest, and this is the Minecraft Official forum. Anyone interested in Minecraft is welcome.
3) Most use forums to ask for help - and I like to help. More "newbs" to me is fun, because I get to exercise my experience and help someone else fine tune theirs.
If if you're talking about the actual mechanics of the forum, I haven't noticed anything major that is different. The staff isn't overpowering, the profiles are well done, the editors aren't broken. Everything seems fine to me.
Positivity and negativity are core bases for opinions - ANY post that gathers opinions of the community is meaningful in some way. In my opinion, of course. I try to keep things positive, but that is just how I am. I don't mind negative posts, because they let others express their opinions and allow me to challenge them with my own.
In single player, it usually takes a lot for me to die.
Started my first realm a few days ago. Found a temple that hadn't yet been raided. Nightfall - wife asks for help studying. Zombie nibbles on me (I had ESC'ed and forgot that it didn't pause the game).
Next day, I venture out to find myself a plot of land. Died by the same skeleton 3 times in a row just lighting my land up. Soon afterwards, I got trapped in my own dirt house by two zombies, a zombie villager, and a skeleton sniping me, and died a few more times because I spawned right next to them. And I swear the skeleton said "rinse, wash, and repeat!"
Make sure that your Firewall has an exception for that port (25565) incoming and outgoing.
To test your server, turn it on, go to CanYouSeeMe.org, and type in the port 22565. **IF YOUR SERVER IS NOT ON, IT WILL TELL YOU THAT IT CAN NOT SEE YOUR SERVICE**. As far as I can tell, the router info is correct.
To be on the safe side you'd have to announce the windfall so the "donor" doesn't have the advantage of being they only one that's ready for it.
And if you didn't have a long delay and an announcement in advance "donors" could try to get more than their share of the chests by timing the drops for a time when not many others are on the server.
A notification message isn't required - it's just a curtiousy. It isn't Justin's fault if other players couldn't find the chest.
A problem may arise in where the chests are dropped in correlation to the donor. Just be careful that it's truly random, and do NOT base a spawn radius around the donor.
Minecrafts default port is 22565, regardless of LAN or Server. If you allow Minecraft in the exceptions, that should fix your problem. Make sure it's in allowed applications and not blocked applications
Hello guys, is it possible to get 2 or more Elytras in survival mode? Because we find them in the flying ship at the "new end" , and as far as I know there is only one of this ships. Thanks!
It is possible, and it is intended. When you explore the End Cities and find a ship, there is an Elytra in each one. When you combine two degraded Elytras, their durabilities are added together, plus some extra I believe. You can also repair it with leather, which is far easier to obtain
To make an Ender chest, but 8 obsidian in a box (like wood for a regular chest) and an eye of Ender (Enderpearl plus one blaze powder) in the middle. Ender chests allow you to access the items in it from anywhere (keep an enderchests at home with supplies, take another one with you, drop it when you need supplies, break it with your diamond pickaxe to pick it back up, be on your merry way).
Also, he is doing that to carry loot to a far away base. But, since you're just going to the surface: Look into item elevators. They are relatively cheap (glass, a fence or two, and a water source). I don't think that 1.9 broke it, I think it still works. It can also be automated with hoppers, and even an automatic smelter or sorter if you're rich in iron

There is no further need to ask about this topic.

Also something to try that wasn't on the above post is to actually set up a core dump for the client.
Right-Click the task bar at the bottom and select Task Manager -> Processes -> Find the Client, and right click it -> Create dump file.
This didn't work for me, but I do know that it has worked for others. Not sure if you need to do it every time you load the client.

You can't yourself, but a moderator or admin can when they see it.

Or you could allow the 25565 port in your firewall, so that your computer isn't open to attacks.
