    So it's been a very long time sense I've played Minecraft but this latest Snap shot has revived my interest in the game. This update will be amazing however there are a few things things that I would tweak.

    1) the hoppers need to be able to still receive items when they are powered off with red stone. In other words the redstone should only cut off the process of the hopper being emptied but not loaded. This way it would be extremely easy to make a sorting system with Hoppers and Comparators alone.

    2) The cost of making a hopper is too expensive considering there utility. I know if I was playing survival I would want to make dozens of hopper to transport materials and at the cost of 5 iron and a small chest it really detracts from it's utility in survival. If I'm not mistaken the cost used to be 5 Stone and a chest, that was a better cost/utility ratio IMHO because you are going to have to make hundreds for them to be useful. If you want the item to be easier to understand how to make (as in making them out of Iron) then at least let us make a stack of say 10-15 hopper's for the cost of 5 iron. (Just like Mine cart tracks)

    3) While I love how you fixed how Hoppers interact with furnaces it would be nice if the orientation of the hoppers was not as dependent on the item being loaded or unloaded. I.E. Only Cobble/Wood through the top/ Coal through the side and the Product out the bottom. Unfortunately it cut's down on players options in utilizing space when there are these limitation.

    other then these three minor tweaks, this update is the most exciting thing to come to villain minecrat sense the introduction of pistons.

    On that note: Now that you have Dinnerbone how about Pistons that could move entities and Jump-pistons someday, you know so I can get back to ?

    posted a message on [Idea] Add Default WoldEdit-Like Commands to Creative Mode and Command Blocks for Map Makers.
    Everyone here know about the New Command Blocks in Minecraft. They are the coolest thing to hit Minecraft sense Redstone in my humble opinion. If you don't know what Command Blocks are here is the Wiki. http://www.minecraft...i/Command_Block

    None the less the uses for Command Blocks are limited by the list of commands available currently in Minecraft. I would Like to petition that more commands are added to the game that would work with Command blocks. This would be a boon to Adventure map creators that could be potentially limitless power.

    We all are familiar with the popular Mod's Single Player Commands and World Edit. My suggestion is to get the attention of Mojang to integrate the commands of SPC and particularly World Edit into Creative Mode.

    Imagine a Adventure map where a player could step on a pressure plate that would turn an empty hole into a lake. Full of water with a command like //replace 00 with 09:9 <x: 69 y: 153 z: 45> <x: 89 y: 153 z: 55>.

    (I don't remember the real World Edit commands because I haven't played Minecraft in a while.) none the less 00= Air and 09:9= Still water.

    You could also use these commands to make a door appear or add Mobs to a room. To make a Zelda stile map. It would allow players to make Adventure maps closer to what can be done in the TC AdventureCraft. However it would be directly in game. Allowing Adventure Map makers the freedom to make interesting maps without having the user download an peripheral mod to play the map. The other idea is to allow commands to be entered into Mob spawners in Creative mode as well so that you didn't need a to use MC edit and a Filter just to get desired effect in game.

    Most of these things can already be achieved thought mods but it would be nice if they where all available in game without the use of a third party app.

    I haven't abandoned it. I just didn't want to make 1,000 updates while Mojang where still working out the bugs in the final version. I will update it once Minecrafts official release comes out. RC2 is close but Until it's the default version I'm holding off on updating it.

    I played it because i saw 2 minuts of Ihascupquakes video on youtube :iapprove: ...

    It starts out amazing and technically speaking it has to be one of the best adventure craft maps i've played as of yet. However I lost track of what was going on so I just tried all sorts of silly things until I finish the map. This was because the cut scenes stopped having sound mid way though. I don't know if that was intentional or a glitch on my end, or maybe the map is a WIP. None the less it felt like I was missing something. Still some of the sound effects did startle me. The work you put into this is fenomenal.

    Amazing map mate, 4 stars

    Ok, It may just be the version of Adventure Craft that I'm running because while watching someone else's LP I realized there was voice acting. All I got was music and sound effects no voice.

    I'm looking forward to playing this map if it ever is updated for 1.8.1
