I'm Drake from The Bastion Gaming Pixelmon server. I have been trying for a while to get our server up, but have not had the time and tools to get everything done. So far we have built our gym arenas(Not including the buildings, and we have to redo one) and made a spawn town.
What I am looking for now is for a Co-Owner, or Manager to help me in gathering builders to help build up the server, and assist me in setting up plugins while preparing for the server launch. Maturity Level(1-10)?: I would say a 9.5 or 10, I am quite mature for my age as I've been told.
How long have you been playing Minecraft? Pixelmon?: About 4-5 weeks, but I have been playing Minecraft for many years (on and off) trying out many modpacks and getting more comfortable with builds and such.
Past Staff Experience: LegendCraft (Builder), EdgeCraft (Builder), MCHyperion (Builder), TMMCraft (Head Admin/builder ==> Did both jobs as admin and lead-builder), Dynamicgaming (Admin and Builder), Eternal Pixelmon (Builder > Was demoted by an angry staff member who was then demoted for their actions, still currently trying to get builder back if you want to see builds just let me know and join the server :D), Currently head builder on KCO (Kanto Crew Origins) Pixelmon which is a server my friend is still setting up but I already started building.

[The rest of the builds are from eternal pixelmon, many of the builds I've made in the past are lost or on the internet somewhere lol. The ones I did find are more recent and if you need proof of who built it you can always join the server with me and see for yourself .
Plugin/Developing Experience: I know how to use world-edit well, and a few other plugins but I have not kept up over the years of minecraft changing and especially with a new mod-pack.
Why do you want to be Staff?: I just love building, and I love spending vasts amount of time building structures to benefit other people and their servers. I usually do it for fun but I also do it to express my inner self, and usually do it to show my creativity.
Why should I choose you over others?: I've had quite a lot of experience building structures and to be honest the last pixelmon server I was on had a terrible system in relations to staff management. They really neglect their builders to the point where they don't even want to play anymore, and the higher-ups barely login to moderate the head-builders who abuse their powers hence the power struggle currently taking place.
After the project is over, what would you like to apply for?: Builder and maybe even a semi-moderator position, because I can do both exceptionally well and hopefully that helps if you need one or both .
Anything Else?: I play many games usually on steam. These include Garry's Mod (Staff for one server), CS:GO (Master Guardian Elite 1 Rank), Skyrim, Terraria, Rust, Killing Floor 1&2, Team Fortress 2. I also play League of Legends, and CrossFire. For Minecraft related games, I have played since the alpha version, and kept up with the version ever since. I have played a few modpacks such as Tekkit, Clay-Soldiers, and the really old pixel-mon before it was really known.
Maturity Level: I would say I am 7 as I take care of my younger siblings with or without my parents being home.
How Long Have you been playing Minecraft? Pixelmon?: I have been Playing Minecraft for about 3-4 Years now and I have been playing Pixelmon for about 9 months.
Past Staff Experience: I have been staff on 4 Servers all of which I started as Builder. On one of them I went From Builder > Head Builder > Mod > Head Mod > Admin > Head Admin > Co-Owner.

Why do you want to be Staff: I want to Be staff because when I first started out as a normal player I always say how staff could help out the server and maintain a Friendly Ecosystem while being Strict. I can say now that I can do this while having a sense of humor involved.
Why Should I choose you over others: Well I think that you should choose me over others Since I know It is hard to find that one person that can put forth best effort with every build and situation.
After The project is over what would you like to apply for?: Well that is a tough question as I don't think that Staff is everything so I might just play as a normal player when the Project is finished or I might try for a Gym Leader depending if I get accepted or not.
Anything else?: Last thing I want to say is that even If I don't get accepted I want to hope you get a good staff member that will help out the server more than I can ever be able to do.

Maturity Level(1-10)?: 8 People who say they have 10/10 maturity are just liers. Hoping that it would increase their chances of getting a higher position.
How long have you been playing Minecraft? Pixelmon?: Minecraft i stopped playing it around 2 years ago just because of real life events like Football making me travel. Season has come to an end, and I have a 5 month break which is great so i'm looking for servers to play on.
Past Staff Experience: Owner, Moderators; I'm currently a owner of my very own server which is currently in the making, I have my build team working on it, which is quite small at the moment it consists of 5 players. Pixelmon it self I have watched a few videos and played a little myself, but i wouldn't say my knowledge of Pixelmon is great, i know the basics.

Plugin/Developing Experience:If you mean developing my own plugins by coding then I have no knowledge. If you on about GroupManager and Permissions and that, I know how to edit the config files quite well, as it's required on my server.
Why do you want to be Staff?: With the previous question, about past experiences, I have only been staff on FTB servers. Moderator on two different servers. The server had around 17 people on mostly every day and it's peaked at around 26 on weekends. I was getting promoted to an admin until the owner could no longer fund the server, in which it was close down. I know they basic rules of being a staff member and what is required. Being a staff member you are required to interact with almost every player coming on to the server.
Why should I choose you over others?: Again, I know what it required for being a staff member. I know when and how to enforce the rules. If something is clearly out of my power I will forward it on to higher member off staff.
After the project is over, what would you like to apply for?: Moderator.
Anything Else?: I'm currently making my own server like I have previously said it's a medieval Minecraft roleplay server, we are currently in the building phase and I'm still working on the plugins. Pokemon wise I have brought a Nintedo 3DS recently along with the new Pokemon games (Y and the new Omega Sapphire) It's changed alot from the previous games, but you gotta love those mega evolutions.

Why should I choose you over others?: I have tons of experience in being staff, I am good with world edit, and when I enforce rules I have a process for people who disobey them, 1. Warning 2. Kick (or jail and mute) 3. temp-ban 4. Ban (I will always ask before I ban).

Anything Else?: I would really love to help you out, I can be on for 2-5 hours per day.

Past Staff Experience: For starters, I have owned my own server, which was for a small group of friends but fully developed. I did let in a few people and moderate those whom I let in with my own rules. Sorry, I cannot really expand on it, the experience was short with that server. In addition, I have been recruited on other servers, but I've changed just about everything to have a fresh start. I could not name them for you, sorry. (I'm not sure how detailed this part had to be.)

Why should I choose you over others?: Well, I do like to play as a normal player. I'll check for anything wrong in the system and such, then report it and help get it sorted out. I also moderate chat as much as I can, taking all rules and such into consideration. I will confront people for any actions I do no like, such as sexism or racism ingame with public or private messages. I do take my role very seriously, however, I am also a fun person when the serious side of me is not needed.
After the project is over, what would you like to apply for?: Possibly Administrator or higher. Though it is up to you.
Anything Else?: I am a British female, who plays Pokemon a lot in her free time. I have a dog who I must walk. I never use abbreviations in my typing. I am dedicated with my staff roles.
