HELP ME REALLY my minecraft isn't working not with mod loader and mlp mod NOR forge mod loader and mlp mod! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!! I TREID EVERYTHING!!!! I CANT FIND THE MODS FOLDER!!
    HELP!!!

Well...if you would be calm and mature and give a more detailed description of what precisely your problem(s) is/are, I'm sure that someone here will be able to help you. As it were, you haven't given enough information for anyone to really help without doing precisely what you would be doing without help, which is random guessing.

    I loaded this :
Mine Little Pony v1.3.2.2 for ModLoader (direct download) for Minecraft 1.3.
    and this :
Mine Little Pony v1.3.2.2 (direct download) for Minecraft 1.3.2

Wait....you loaded both of those at the same time....? Then your problem is pretty obvious, you only need one or the other, and the two will not work together. I personally would recommend the non-ModLoader version alone, as it has a higher tendency to work properly, in my experience, and is far more inter-compatible with a much larger range of mods.

*Sigh* It's not foul, it's foal. The foal models weren't implemented until 1.3.1, therefore you can't make a 1.2.5 foal skin.

BTW: Male foals are called colts. Female foals are called fillies.

Actually, yes you can make a 1.2.5 foal skin. Don't forget that Verdana was awesome and back-ported the updates to 1.2.5.

Hey guys, quick question: I'm trying to mod the Tecnicpack to include this, but I don't want to rush it before I know a few things. Technic is running 1.2.5/1.2.7/whatever atm, hasn't gone to 1.3. It also features a buttload of mods, most of which run on Forge.

So, I need to use the 1.2.5 download here, but I don't know wherther it's Forge compatible or not. Any help?

It is indeed fully Forge compatible. You should just be able to copy the contents of the non-Modloader download into .techniclauncher/technic/bin/modpack.jar , and it should work flawlessly.

Excuse me for an incerdibly stupid question, but how do I install this onto server? By just copying it into the jar like with single player. I get the following:
[WARNING] Failed to handle packet: java.lang.ClassCastException: mod_MineLittlePony cannot be cast to BaseModMp

ModloaderMP and the mod itself are initialazed correctly. And before I installed the mod, I could log onto my own server. Now it just kicks me out and I get this error in server window. I repeat error pops up only after I try to connect. before I do so, server works perfectly fine.

I would guess I have to copy it somewhere else but main jar, but that's the problem. i don't know where. There's nothing I could find on google.

Before you ask, I have it installed on my client as well.

UPD: Only just noticed that I am still a pony, even when I the mod is not present anywhere in the server. Is that how the mod works online? Just works and that's it? No need to actually install it?

This is a client-side-only mod. It can't, and won't work when installed on a server and it doesn't need to be installed on the server for this to work in SMP. It will work just fine in SMP, but only the clients that are connected to the server that have this mod installed will see its effects.

There seems to be a bug in this which I find extremely annoying. Right click has somehow been set to a rapid-fire mode. I always end up placing 3 more blocks than I originally wanted to place. I've seen it act pretty normal in vanilla.

    Additional detail:
    1. Windows 8 64-bit
    2. Java 7 update 5
I had no other mods installed.

Umm....sounds like standard lag to me...unless I'm misunderstanding you.

Since yesterday, every time I try to load one of my custom pony skins, or now even when I try to load a normal skin from the mod, I appear as Daring Do...? Apparently this is happening to others using the mod and my friends as well. Is it a problem with the mod or is it just another situation with the Minecraft skin problems?

To my knowledge this is just MC skin servers derping up and such. *shrug*

It seems like you don't have to only play with the tekkit/technic launcher online for the persistent bag functionality to work, you just have to remain consistent in the state you play - online, or offline. I mean, if it works for me offline (because I'm not on tekkit), it obviously doesn't need to always be online.

You, sir, are absolutely correct in hypothesizing that. Furthermore, I've personally confirmed this myself, and, in fact, in SSP, one can actually maintain two entirely separate inventories for each bag, an 'online' mode inventory, and an 'offline' mode inventory.

XComp why do i crash alll the time i craft/take out a desprective book?

    Quote from WayofTime

You have to give us more information than that.

We do need more info than that to really help you Jacksi. One thought though, I've seen others have this problem a lot, and its usually because they've installed Mystcraft into the mods folder instead of into minecraft.jar. This is a jar mod, and must, as such, be installed into your minecraft.jar, not the mods folder.

The colourful trees and flowers are all imported from Ages I generated. You can see an Extrabiomes redwood forest and a desert swallowed partially by cracked sand (before I knew to turn off spreading) in the background, and, yes, that's a "chimney" of Thaumcraft filters next to the house. Trees++ seems to work pretty well, and the built in tree feller is quite handy...I'm also fairly sure that it's wooden tendril safe, as it only works with iron tools and above, and seems to require removing an entire layer from the "tree" (for instance, it takes the removal of a four-block section to cut down an EBXL redwood). The only issue I'm having is a particular type of sapling, from one of the Trees++ bushes, which seems to cause crashes (the source of my previously unexplained CTDs). However, I can't tell if it's a mod problem, or the result of setting an ID value incorrectly when I was trying to resolve conflicts.

Not sure what the crash issue would be, as I haven't added in the mod yet myself, but I'm glad to hear that T++ is working well overall. :D I'm currently doing testing for a mix of SMP mods, including, and somewhat primarily featuring, Mystcraft. I'm currently almost finished with what I shall term "phase 2" of my testing and will soon be removing a mod or two and then be adding in a couple of new mods, to include T++, along with updating a few mods such as REI's Minimap, MineLP, and Optifine. Then...I shall be starting a new world! (Which I'm reluctant to do as I've done quite a bit of neat stuff and made fair progress with the current testing world...but such is the nature of testing, I guess. :L )

Is there any way to go back to my main world without getting a linking book?I recently got a descriptive book and didn't know what it does and I just opened it and went in some far away hills...Please tell me there's a way to get back to my main world..I had so much progress...

    You have several options:

    1) Hope and pray that the Age you are in happens to have a Star Fissure.
    2) Get Sugar Cane and Feathers, if you're lucky as far as resources in this Age go, and bounce between Ages until you find a Star Fissure.
    3) Spawn in a Nether Portal block using something such as TMI or NEI, place it down, go to the Nether via it, then walk back through the auto-generated portal in the Nether, though keep in mind that if you choose to do this you will likely end up quite a distance from your home base.
    4) Use TMI or NEI to spawn in a Notebook with all of the symbols in it, and use that, along with a blank Descriptive Book and a Writing Desk to write A Star Fissure into an Age and use the Star Fissure in said Age.
