Looks like your mods are adding more blocks/items than the game can allow. You need to either remove some mods to reduce the number of blocks/items in the game or install this mod to increase the limit: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/notenoughids

It looks like more than one mod tried to use dimension ID 4, one of which was Extra Utilities 2. Try to change it's dimension ID in the mod's configuration file, which is usually stored at %appdata%/.minecraft/config

Tl;DR: This is currently not possible without cheating because a villagers require a villager 'house' needs skylight in order to work, and villagers need villager 'houses' among other factors in order to breed. The only way to access skylight in the nether is to break the ceiling bedrock and this can't be done without creative/bug exploits.
There are several factors which influence villager breeding, but the one that is affecting breeding in this case is the requirement for 'houses'.
A villager house is defined as a building which has one wooden door, an 'inside' and an 'outside'. Without going into specifics, the 'outside' of a house is the side of the door that has more direct skylight, while the 'inside' is the side which has less direct skylight.
There is no way to access direct skylight in the nether without cheating as you'd need to break the ceiling bedrock, therefore there is no way for a villager 'house' to be defined and in turn no way for villagers to breed.
If you want more details, you could look at this wiki article:
What you could alternatively do is breed the villagers in the overworld, then send them to the nether using nether portals.

A lot of players (including myself) have been off the server for over two months and some of us probably won't be back for a long time.
@Shredded Do you by any chance still have a backup/copy of the old world before it was reset? If so could i please get a copy of it?

I think that "PvP will die" is the wrong term here. PvP is a feature of minecraft, just because you change it, you're not "killing" it.
1.9 will simply severely effect and change minecraft PvP however it won't destroy it.

This gif should sum up my thoughts:
I absolutely HATE having to resort my chests because a creeper blew them up.
Disclaimer: I didn't make that gif.

Hackers usually hack for one or more these reasons:
-Too lazy to play properly
-Want easy respect (never works)
-They like winning too much
-They hate the server or someone in particular
-They want revenge
-They want power
-They're a troll
-They're selfish people with no respect for other players, for the game, or for the community. They want to see the game and it's players destroyed for their own amusement and 'entertainment'.
Or in most cases: All of these at once.

If you're only changing textures, it's a lot better to just make a resource pack than to mess with the minecraft jar file.
If you want to add new content, it's easier to just make a mod.
What i'm saying is: I don't understand why you would want to mod or, in your words "create your own minecraft version" this way.

Having a high FOV allows you to see more things at one time.
However: It makes things that are directly in front of you seem smaller.
My answer: It's better to stick with a field of view that you are used to. If you're used to using quake pro then use it. However it's not good to use quake pro if you have little to no control over it- it will simply give you a visual disadvantage in a fight.

There are several sounds that aren't used in the game code but still exists within the minecraft resources.
Use the command in game to hear it
/playsound mob.cat.hiss @p ~ ~ ~ 0.3 1 0.3
Ghast 'affectionate scream':
/playsound mob.ghast.affectionate_scream @p ~ ~ ~ 0.3 1 0.3
/playsound mob.wolf.howl @p ~ ~ ~ 0.3 1 0.3
Zombie breaking iron door:
/playsound mob.zombie.metal @p ~ ~ ~ 0.3 1 0.3
Travelling through a portal (this was used in earlier versions however it was removed for some reason)
/playsound portal.travel @p ~ ~ ~ 0.3 1 0.3
These sounds wouldn't work with a command for some reason but the sound file is still there:
The old player damage sound:
A background music for fighting the enderdragon?:
Music to go with the end world?:
Music to go with the nether?:

If anything, this nuked my FPS, I normally get like, 70-80 im getting 20-25 now with this.
Quote from swiftylsx
This update kills my fps extremely, I have a decent gaming pc and with 1.7.10 I get 500-600 fps but this update drops me to 30.
Quote from zacharysully
the snapshot lowered me by like ten fps
This is because of: *quote the person above*
Quote from Barteks2xI think I know why some people experience slowdown with this snapshot.
When you press F3, below Minecraft version there is:
//Can't resize image. Minecraft Forum "bug"?Number2 is total amount of cubes, Number1 in number of currently rendered cubes (16x16x16 blocks). Before 14w29b number1 was nuch smaller than number2, now it's the same. Apparently they disabled/removed something called frustum culling. Normally cubes you can't see (that are outside of your view - behing you or, when you look at sky - below you) aren't rendered. In snapshot 14w29b all of them are (probably) rendered. That's why it doesn't matter if you look at sky or somewhere else - you get (almost) the same fps.
The delay in updating block after breaking/placing it disappears after you want seversl second until all cubes are rendered. New chunk updates are probably placed at the end of somethjing like chunk update queue and all chunks thet aren't yet rendered are processed first. When all of them ar eloaded - there is nothing else to process, So there is no delay.
Jun 13, 2014Although these boundaries have been set, hundreds of servers will always find a way to not follow this. Just as Mojang let cracked minecraft accounts slip past. Let me show you what I mean by this: From last I read there is 25 employees at Mojang. There are a few hundred if not a few thousand servers out there. In each server we have a population ranging from lower than 100 to more than 5000 people playing at one time. So a quick estimation would be that there are a few million people playing at a time. And quote from someone on the first page: "Half of the servers will be gone because of this" means there are a millions of people going against Mojang's rules.Posted in: News
25 Mojang employees to a few million players and a few hundred to a few thousand servers. (25:1,000,000+)
I don't think this will work. Although I for one hope it does work (to balance gameplay), the odds of this completely working are very much low compared to it failing completely.
