No worries. Although, if you share MIDI files, you might want to make sure have good definition files, which will make the music sound better on a PC.

    Ever heard of NoteWorthy composer?
    http://www.noteworthysoftware.com/

    [EDIT]

Oh, and this in directly from the company's web site, where you can find the user manual online for free:

To export a MIDI file Be sure to specify other important playback options in the Playback/Record Options dialog box (choose Playback Controls from the Window Menu; click the expand arrow; click Playback/Record Options). Remember that you are exporting a MIDI file, text and layout will not be retained in this format.
    • Make sure that you have assigned Instruments correctly (one for each resultant sequencer track). When Finale creates a MIDI sequencer file, it places the music you’ve assigned to each Instrument in the Instrument List dialog box in a separate sequencer track. Therefore, make sure the Instrument configuration is set up the same way you want the resultant tracks set up. See MIDI channels for further instructions.
    • Choose Save As from the File Menu. The Save As dialog box appears.
    • From the List Files of Type: drop down list choose MIDI File, and enter a title in the text box. Note, too, that you don’t have to click anything if you add the suffix “.MID” (including the period) at the end of the title, as in “Overture.MID”; if you do this, Finale automatically saves your document as a MIDI file.
    • Click Save (or press enter). Finale now asks which type of MIDI file you want to create: Format 1 (multiple tracks), Format 0 (a single, multichannel track), or just a tempo map. Format 1 is by far the most common format. Also, choose whether you want to save any bookmarks you created in Finale as sequencer marks in your MIDI file.
    • Select a MIDI file format by clicking the appropriate button.

It'd be nice if i didn't have to patch the game for half of the mobs skins to work, instead of showing up untextured.

needs to be a standard resolution texture..

Yeah, but then again you need MC Patcher if you want the custome lava and water.

I don't think religious talking is prohibited, but what you are trying to do is recruit or convert people. And that, to me at least, is just the same as trying to sell something, and I think that is prohibited here.

Now, just for debate sakes, it looks like you view your god as a parental figure rather than a deity. I think this shows that you are more tolerant with others. Although having to admit it as your savior still looks like press-ganging to me.

Also, if he doesn't really mind care that you break his ten commandmants or even that you sin, why would you need to be saved then?

That being said, I think he'd be better if you tried to preach on forums where religion is the main topic. Here, it's a forum about Minecraft.

posted a message on Copper silver and bronze
    What would be the purpose?

Any of these metals would be under Iron in solidity or efficiency, and Iron has gotten relatively common since the last few major updates. They wouldn't really have any usefulness and as blocks themselves, Silver would be quite hard to differentiate from metal and Copper/bronze would look an aweful lot similar.

The webcomic VG cats made a post about it when it first got real popular and the servers crashed. Notch put out the game for free without account for 48h or so and I decided to grab a copy to see what it was about.

    Never stopped since then.

    Quote from driver405

I am saving up for a new pc, and have enough to buy the gpu and psu.

Should I buy it and put it in my current pc till I get enough for the rest of the build,

or should I just wait till I can buy all parts of the build?

Here's my pc if your wondering (bought it 2 or 3 years ago new): My Current PC.

If you can wait to save enough for the rest, you'll probably get a better card for the current price of the one you're aiming at.

Thing is: if it take you two week to get the rest of the money, buy now. if it's more like 6 months, you'd better wait. Other wise, by the time you get the rest, your gpu will not be optimal for the rest of your hardware.

Now my 2nd thing is actually a question and someone posted to make sure I have the right alias or something and not to be a noob or anything, but do you mean did I type the right permissions...or are u talking about something else?

It was me. What I meant was: are you sure the entries for your permissions are supposed to be admincmd.*.*?

Also, here is part of my config file.

posted a message on Uses for TNT?
    Quote from slackathor

All these people saying tnt is good for mining are fools. All the blocks right next to the tnt when it explodes are destroyed and do not leave drops. Great way to waste good resources.

Having said that, tnt, in a single player world, is perfect for tunneling through a mountain, provided you don't care about any iron you may destroy.

The idea is: If you're far enough in the game that you've got more TNT than you know what to do with it, I believe Iron is probably a ressource you have in big enough quantities.

    Quote from Gentleman_Zac

Hi! I am having this problem where I setup the groups and users and an example of some of my permissions are shown below. Now I did not tab it or anything so the problem is not that, but it seems when say I turn myself to the Default group I do not get any of the Default class permissions nor do I get any when I try to be the Admin class. Why? Also just in case you need to know this is my server obviously, it is online, it is permissions 3.1.6 (A.K.A. 3x), and I did not put myself on ops because when I do that I get all the permissions, but I want to see if it works for the Default class and thus if I am an op I will not know if it works because I get all the permissions anyways. So thank you for looking at my message and please respond as fast as possible!

    groups:
    Default:
    default: true
    info:
    prefix: '&c'
    suffix: ''
    build: false

    - admincmd.player.msg
    - admincmd.player.afk
    - admincmd.player.played
    - admincmd.player.reply
    - admincmd.warp.tp
    - admincmd.spawn.tp
    - admincmd.server.news
    - admincmd.server.rules
    - admincmd.server.uptime
    Admin:
    default: false
    info:
    prefix: '&0'
    suffix: ''
    build: true
    inheritance:
    permissions:
    - '*'

    users:
    Gentleman_Zac:
    permissions:
    groups:
    - Default

*Also this forums seems to make my spacing look messed up so just to say i know it is not the spacing!

The question right now is: Are you sure the commande aliases you are suing are the right ones? Wich pluggin do you use for you server managment? Also, not that it is anyof my businnes, but is Permission still updated? I thought the dev on it was dropped by it's creator.

If so, I'd recommand using PEX. It's as pratical, but also lets you edit manage and change users and group right via ingame commands.

In a singleplayer world, has anyone found a use for TNT? I simply cannot understand why people like it so much. Does anyone have any ideas for how I can use it effectively?

As a quick excavation tool. Or you can set traps by making a mine field and let monsters walk over it at night.
