mules are breed up for more strength and stamina, so being able to toss 2 chests on a mule would make sense, and yes, pulling a mine cart or rather some kind of cart or wagon that didnt need rails would be super sweet. but i would settle for mules having a bit more cargo space than a donkey
When mounting a long expedition or just hauling mats from one spot to another donkeys are awesome, As it currently stands you have to hold all the leads in one hand and they kinda bunch up. It would be nice if it were more normal where you can lead donkeys/horses/mules to each other where they are behind each other making a donkey train or caravan type travel a reality.

So was checking out the latest snapshot, ran across a zombie and skelly spawner dungeon. Thinking i didnt want to destroy them I would light them up as always but they keep on spawning. Is this a bug or did they change something.
I thought about searching the bug report but you have to have an account with the new bug tracker people. My normal log in i use for mojang didnt work and I seen no place to sign up to get an account.
thanks for the help, I thought that may be the case, My provider dont even show the up speed now only the down, I think i would have to upgrade to their highest package to be able to which i dont really plan on doing for a while.
So I was messing around with the new twitch tv thing, I got everything ready to go and tried a test run. It keeps shutting off having some queuing issues or something.
So what is the minimal speed you need to actually be able to make it work? I see the presets for it is around 1900 kbps. my actual speed is 6 mbps down and .71 up. If i'm figuring correctly this is around 700 kbps for what i should have my bandwidth set for..
So, i have looked and not seen any help yet for actually how to set up for optimal performance for your situation, How do I actually determine what I should set frame rates, bandwidth, compression and so forth to be able to send the best stream I can?
only thing i seen that wasnt working correctly so far was the go to mapobjectplayer. it isnt showing my player icon anywhere on the map, it shows the correct location but the map zooms way off south and east for me if the location should be centered when using that.
I know i'm repeating my self but I still cant find the solution to the no sound bug, i'm only using optifine for the launcher.

The main thing i would like to know is the resolution setting, it is default set at 854x480. Is there an advantage to changing this and if so what ratio's should be used.
also, when starting the game the game window isnt very big, it is about the size of the launcher(would the resolution change the launcher size and the game window size?) I move the game window up to the corner then drag the bottom corner down to the size window i normally play in. If i have to pause the game to move to look something up, when i click back in the game window it snaps back down to the small size. I know in the old launcher when i started the game the game always started at the size it was when i closed it. Is there a setting somewhere i havnt found yet to keep my game window big?, is this a bug?, is it supposed to do this?, i dont want it to do this, i want it to start up every time in my normal play size.
trying out the magic launcher again since i finally decided to figure how to run it with new launcher. I have no sound. yesterday i had no sound, i closed and launched with the minecraft launcher and had sound, closed it and opened again with magic launcher and sound worked. I try to play today with magic launcher and no sound again, cant get it to work no matter what. i even deleted .minecraft and downloaded so it would be a fresh clean install. still no sound with magic launcher. So is it a bug or am i missing something.
i see a lot of people changing texture packs to have clean glass, i do like playing on default pack but i too have found myself using other packs just for the clean glass, so just wondering with all the calls for clean glass how come it hasnt been done yet, i could stlil have the stripes in it i guess but they dont have to be so strong you cant see through the glass, whats the point in having glass if you cant see through it?

Why You Want To Join:I am new to minecraft. Been playing a month or two and have really enjoyed it. Just been taking my time getting comfortable with how game works. I mainly watch hermit craft on utube which has been very helpful. I really like their play style and feel that playing with a good group like that would really bring the game to the next level for me. Playing with a group can also help push through design blocks you may have as you can call on fellow players for suggestions, advice and even give them a hand when they are working on a large project. Not to mention lots of side quests you can go on together for even more adventures.
Why I Should Let You In:I'm a team player and enjoy helping when I can. I also feel it would be a great way for me to learn more on the inner functions of the game. ATM my laptop is crashed and I'm playing on wife's. I am getting me a Mac mini as soon as the new line is released in the next few weeks.
Skills & Experience:Not a lot of exp but still gaining on that on a daily basis. I do try and practice pvp but how much can you do against mobs. I do practice with bow a lot though. I have a pretty could system for mining down ATM but with all things there is always roome for improvement. I have not had time as of yet to do much with red stone. There is a lot to cover in game and I still have a lot to learn.
About Me:I'm 44, usually play most evenings when I get off work. Married 25 years. I'm a trim/cabinet carpenter currently refurbishing several historic buildings in the little town I live in.
What You Like To Do:I like to play mmo's. Played several the past few years. I normally on play 1 at a time as I don't really have time to have several going. Not being able to play multiplayer on minecraft yet is only thing I don't like.
I do have skype on my phone and pad. And when I get my new pc I can get most anything needed for team play and communication

I was having same issue, I tried again without modloader and it works fine.
