Jungle slime aren't in the latest snapshot....It was a thought for a later release.

They should give jungle slimes a different color. Give a little bit more variation in the game.

Just pre ordered it. Played it for a while and it's fun, but a little confused haha. Need to get used to it.

They need more people to work on mc....

I'm disappointed, but it's happened before. Usually with Notch making release dates which he never holds with. Probably talking about release dates is the only thing I don't like about Minecraft.

Notch isn't the one releasing 1.8, it's Jens. And he even said that it was an estimate release date.... You should be disappointed in yourself for thinking that it WAS going to release that day.


If you seriously get mad at something like this then you're certainly not a true minecraft player. You should be happy that they're doing this update and not just stopping because of ungrateful people like yourself. It's only a few days ayways. Get over it.

You will. The biome code in 1.8 isn't the finished product, notch said this already.

I don't think he should keep doing release dates until he's actually SURE it will be released. When you do a "maybe" release date for a community like this, they think it's set in stone and it's 100% confirmed.

Well there's no blocks or items in 1.7.3 that uses those textures, so you will need to blindy do it until release.

I'm disappointed in the community for expecting so much. This is a major release and they need to tweak it to make it right. People whine for them to release early and when they rush it out people get mad because something is crashing or something doesn't work right.
