For such a large project I struggle to find a reason why none of your 6 team members have any funds that they can use to put towards making this server happen. Or better yet why 6 of you cannot split a small bill to get the server up and running. For just $3.33 each you can have a 10gb server run for a month. With these donations that you speak of it will be even cheaper if not free the following month. Think about that.

It would take far too long for me to sit here and type out to you a detailed tutorial on how to install the mods that you specifically want and I myself haven't created any videos of the sort however I can direct you towards a few videos that may assist you. , ,

10gb is a rather large server I hope you realise. That could host 170 players easily. I suggest you start with 1 - 2 gb if that. Just so that you are able to get some players.

Not much goes on. Starting with an unsafe over powered enchanted pickaxe is slightly strange in my opinion. Anyway, good luck with your server.

Your best bet is to use youtube. There are lots of tutorials on there which allow you to follow a simple step by step installation guide on how to install mods and forge. Once you've done it once it's very easy to do. Good luck!

This sounds like you want to troll the players by messing with them in invis and things. How will this help a server? It will just scare players away.

You might be Australian based but you say you have servers across the world. Do you specifically have servers in Australia??

Just because you're bored of it doesn't mean it's dying. There are still thousands playing on servers.
