I am sorry but your 4-8gbs is CRAZY. You are NEVER going to get that with your twich account I'm afraid. 4gb is around $30 alone per month and 8gb $60 so getting it for free when as said above you only get 100 views per steam. 1gb would be generous!

I don't think you should be able to craft it. Creepers explode because they have gun powder in. If you want to make TNT then you have to face a creeper which can be quite the challenge. Being able to mine for it would make the game even more boring. It's like me saying 'why can't me mine for bones? I mean, sure skeletons drop them but they could also be buried in the ground. Why don't all mobs drop them? They all have bones!
