Can't get this to load at all. Logs all point to ElectricBow as the culprit. stable version .127, and latest .157 same thing.
Otherwise game loads all other mods fine if I disable Mekanism so I doubt it's anything else, crash logs don't ever mention anything else like CoFH etc either.
Anyone else had similar issue and were able to resolve it please chime in, would be appreciated.

I'll assume the "lazy" comment wasn't meant how it comes across... Personally I don't care how the "steam" is represented, and treating it as a liquid isn't what I see as laziness but rather an honest effort at sticking with a core aspect of MC modding, which is some attempt to develop and adhere to certain standards in order to promote inter-mod compatibility.
What's much more important to me as far as MC mods go is that things work together, not necessarily be 100% RL accurate or realistic, and since liquids, like ores, are already well dictionaried by the game it seems like a clear path to me. RF API is a good example of something that's not entirely realistic, but works well and is widely supported.
The fact that this steam, which is pretty much the focus of the mod, isn't compatible with others is a kind of a deal-breaker for me and just means I won't bother using it if there's no way of integrating it with the rest.

I'm just looking to ditch BC and its backwards way, ending up with TE/MFR, Ender IO, and Mekanism for core I guess... I think those all follow a more similar philosophy with the color coding, especially blue/orange, instead of needlessly bogging down the simple task of transport/logistics which really get in the way of just actual system design.

Sad thing is, of all the programming languages out there, Java is fairly low on my list of priorities since MC is one of the only real applications I have for it at the moment...

Magic Launcher doesn't recognize the mod regardless of if it's in the mods folder or loaded manually. I tried putting the .zip in the mods folder as indicated, and I tried unzipping the contents into the mods folder. I also dumped the contents of the .zip into the minecraft.jar and still nothing. IDKWTF.
