Announcements: Okay, so I did some modding in 1.4 and 1.5 a while back but it was mostly crap. Now I'm back, trying again with more enjoyable mods and better ones too. Only two mods now, but that will change soon enough.
This template will be followed for all mods unless any details on one of the mods specifies something else: You must install ModLoader beforehand:
1. Make a backup of your minecraft.jar file (Inside of .minecraft. You can access that by entering %appdata% into Run or for Linux finding the folder in the Home folder, which is hidden) 2. Open your minecraft.jar file using winrar or a similiar archive tool. 3. copy all the files and folders from mymod.zip into minecraft.jar if you want(if you don't, check step #6) 4. Delete the META-INF folder in minecraft.jar 5. Close and save your minecraft.jar 6. Instead of #3, place mymod.zip inside of the /mods folder 8. Play

3D ToolsOkay, here we go. I got kind of sick of the look of dropped items in vanilla minecraft, and I thought: "Why don't I make dropped items look like the item that't in my hand?" So I tried and failed. Fortunately, I got some great help from LexManos on the irc. This dude deserves all the credits, without him I probably wouldn't have been able to upload this mod. Also, a nice thing about this mod is that there is no performance impact. Screenies Download(s)Minecraft Version 1.1(No need for ModLoader) TNT SlimesHere's another mod, made it pretty quick. Here's my explanation: I was thinking the other day about slimes and boring they were, with their multiplying and slime balls. And then I thought, "Wouldn't it be fun if they exploded?" so I made them go boom. It turned out pretty fun, so I decided to add it to the list of my mods.
