You are completely entitled to your opinion, but I offer my rebuttal.

You were welcomed to play and utilize the server world while I currently revamp and construct a newly seeded world. Where things seem to have gone off the rails is you pitching a fit because I would not OP you or give you permanent Creative mode privileges. Furthermore what I do with this server is none of your business. You stated your suggestions, I listened, and made my decisions. I pay the bills, I get to do that. What you think I should do is really of no consequence to me now, nor anyone else who might like to play or simply look around. You don't like it? You don't have to come and play. It's that simple.

This server won't be for everyone. This is the beauty of Minecraft and the ability to customize servers. There are millions of combinations. So there is literally something for everyone. You were not asked to be a "builder", nor am I looking for any at this time; as this nor any of my posts are listed in the Server section opening it up for advertising to the general public. You've made an abundance of assumptions based on your interpretations and what seems to be impatience with how and what I choose to apply my time towards.

Uping your rant by trying to insult my ability to construct simple or complex redstone devices, interact with villagers or any other of the base game or multiple add-on commands is just getting silly. I didn't realize I was supposed to attempt to impress you. I am not in any hurry to get this server to any point, at any time. I build each layer at my leisure. I've left you in awe in every one of those categories on numerous occasions; on this server as well as previous ones. Now you want to stomp your feet and throw a tantrum because I won't fund your personal playground or bend to your demands upon threat of bad posts on a forum? That is your prerogative.

The only constant that seems to be present is your abrasiveness towards others. Hopefully someday you will learn how to play well with others, and accept the rules and direction set up by others for playing with their things.

So in closing, before you continue your lamenting of being banned from yet another server - you are not banned. You are still welcome to come play and look around, but you are well aware of the rules, what I eventually plan to do, and proper conduct I expect if I let you "piddle" around while I play / work. If that is something you cannot handle, you do not have to play.

    Thanks for the bump.

A socially awkward 27-something year old and a formerly abused 25 year old single mother who lost custody of her child and continues to spend her limited income on booze and cigarettes and has lofty ambitions of becoming a tattoo artist. This has quality relationship written all over it, and no way it could end badly...

I know you, and probably many folks on this forum, will dislike this and regard me as the arrogant killjoy, but this comes from a position of experience. There are so many red flags from just the few details you've shared so far it is not even funny. It's a textbook case, something I've seen during my four deployments being in charge of a group of young enlisted men. They get wrapped up in a whirlwind relationship, swear they've found a stripper with a heart of gold, and fall head over heels. And none, I repeat none, of them ended well.

No matter how I present my experience, wisdom, life experience, and advice, you will probably roll your eyes, grit your teeth, and tell me I just don't understand - so I'll save my fingers from typing out valuable knowledge that will only fall on deaf ears. Instead I'll just keep it quick and simple - take it slow, don't get in a hurry, and always position yourself to protect yourself and your best interests (legally, financially, spiritually, and emotionally). Doing this will not only make sure you are secure and taken care of, but by proxy the person you are pursuing a relationship with, will be better off - either by having a stable, grounded, and established person in you or by insulating yourself from their destructive and wayward behaviors.

Stay calm, play it cool, and let what happens happen. Best of luck to you.

Maybe when the B-29 pilots practiced for months to take off of the flight deck of the aircraft carriers (which were way too small for the planes) to bomb Tokyo, just to buy time for the island-hopping troops who needed a foothold, all the while knowing they couldn't bring enough fuel to make it back... They did it for us. :(

No. You have your aircraft crossed. This is a B-29. It did not even participate in aircraft carrier feasibility studies.

This is a B-25. It was part of a study into the feasibility of carrier operations, which eventually became part of the more well known "Doolittle Raid" and "Doolittle Tokyo Raiders".

    Very different aircraft and airframes.

posted a message on who's the best lead singer in your opinion

How do you know Paul Stanley but not Freddie Mercury?

Stanley, and the rest of the KISS crew were never particularly talented musicians; they are even the first to admit it. But what they ARE, are over the top entertainers. And their fans love them for it.

Freddie Mercury was a musician. And a talented one at that. He was by far a better lead singer.

Comparing these two is like comparing a sports car to a pick up truck. They may both shine in their catagory, they really don't compare to each other.

posted a message on Why Notch dropout of school?

Wait, the story I was framilar with was he was employed at a company and was feeling unfulfilled and unable to play with his pet projects. From the positive encougament and reception of his work up to that point, and another gentleman willing to take a leap of faith with him, they split from the corporate world and struck out on their own.

Either way, don't go dropping out of school thinking you're the next Jobs or Notch. Most drop outs don't attain that level of achievement. Those that do are usually self driven, motivated individuals who are capable of learning on their own with insatiable appetites for knowledge.

Nobody has said it yet? Alright, I guess it's up to me...

    Lemons.

No. The way some folks here are lamenting and wishing for the unlikely, that should be changed to lemonade.

Not only do I demand life to produce lemons, I want life to also make it into lemonade for me.

Now I'll drop some old man wisdom on y'all... What do I want out of life? When it's all said and done, and I've cashed out my chips, I want people to say they were positively impacted by the life I lived. I've had a similar discussion like this before - at my funeral I don't want a bunch of high ranking officials expounding on my military career and accomplishments, or some rich schmucks regaling about the profitability of my business dealings and work. I want a bunch of people sharing with each other how much of a pleasure and honor it was to have interacted with me during my run on this spinning marble called Earth. Sure, there can be some sadness, but for the most part I want people to be happy that there was a epoch of "me" and they got to experience a bit of it. I am the villain in some stories, it's inevitable; but I want to have been the best supporting role / character in even more stories in comparison. And it all possible and obtainable. You don't need money, fame, super fun careers, or even lemons to strive towards that sort of thing. That is all that I want out of life.

No, not yet. Still waiting for the server to fully update so I can throw the switch on Spigot and run the latest version. I am looking forward to hunting down a mansion and checking them out. Hopefully I'll receive some divine inspiration while I'm exploring one.

Speak to me, oh great beaked one, shower me with your divine yolk of knowledge.

People wanna be SerialKillersFTW until it's time to do SerialKillerFTW things.

Suck it up, Buttercup. Just from the way you lash out at some of the responses you've gotten here I don't blame that server and it's staff from upholding the ban. I'd guess there were additional issues Lurking below the surface between you and the server population. If you don't play well with others you can't really expect folks to go to bat for you.
