    I have a few ideas for this mod

    1. Difficulty affects how magic works (harder difficulties make magic more costly if you screw up and/or magic drains more of your magic energy)

    2. Make dragon eggs more accessible and you will be able to choose what color the dragon is but there is a chance based on (possibly a personality system) what you did before you got the egg that the egg will reject you.

    3. Maybe some kind of personality system that decides how well people treat you, if an egg rejects you and how well you can cast magic ( for example, there could someone trying to enter your mind and if you are an excitable person there would be less of a chance to succeed in defending your mind because you woulden't be able to focus on one thing) Also, your dragon would be based off your personality

    4. Possibly a sort of timeline system where (if the mod takes place during the story) where based on your actions the story changes accordingly ( example, if you choose to help galbatorix and kill Eragon galbatorix continues to rule Algeasia)

    5. A story system. As I said in number 4 you could change the original story based off what you do. You could put something in the optioms so that you could turn the story on or off. Maybe in hardcore mode when you die you could see how characters react and if that changes the story or not and you could see the ending.

    6. An inventing system. Do you remember in the books when they invented new spells? Well maybe there could be a menu of sorts that showed all the words of the ancient language (not literally all but you have the general words) and you have an option to combine them and see what their effect is. You could get a new spell or something horrible happens... Possibly funny

    7. Talking. Maybe you could add options when talking to villagers (much like the sims) for example, greeting them, talking about something and maybe asking them to go on an adventure with you.


    I understand that if you do consider these ideas and/or already thought of them already that they will not come out instantly. Please take the time to read this carefully if you do read this.

    While you're still here I want to ask you some questions concerning future updates

    1. How different are the shurtugal villagers from the vanilla ones?

    2. Will there be multiple ways of getting a dragon

    3. Will the rider swords be less op

    4. Will you be able to take sides?

    5. Will you be able to participate in the story or will it all be free roam?

    I don't actually believe it is possible to fix that due to the complex nature of the mine and blade mod. Plus the rider swords are so OP using two would get rid of all the fun. In the future if we find time we will work on it but for now our top priority is to get the mod out and working.

    When's the new release date?
    Also, I have a few questions concerning future updates

    I have a few suggestions for this mod

    1. Assassins: if you are a monarch and most of your people hate you or someone just really despises you they may hire assassins to take you out and if they kill you the person who hired them takes the throne. You could also hire assassins to just take someone out and you are not considered responsible for their death.

    2. Pregenerated monarchs: Maybe in villages there could be a monarch already there so in order for you to take over you could kill him although he could have really powerful guards or find some other way to usurp him/her.

    3. Player professions: maybe you could add professions that players can have such as workers, butchers, priests and maybe new professions such as assassins that I mentioned earlier and you will be tasked with killing people or you could be a personal guard for someone and you have to protect them.

    Do you think on hardcoremode there could be regeneration when you die and after the 13th you would permanently die and maybe able to put in your own skins for regeneration?

    I would just like to post some ideas for the mod. I have no modding skills whatsoever but I have been watching this mod for a long time now and my mind is about to burst with ideas.

    1. Seperate Shurtugal villagers/npcs: Look like players but you can talk to them using a menu when you right click on them, you can have relationships with them such as them being your mortal enemy or being your truest friend, depending if they like you they will help you in fights or come and rescue you, if they hate you they may attack you depending where you are (villages are safe zones think logically.), when angering or befriending dragons/dragon riders their rider/dragon will be angered or befriended as well, effects will be placed on you if a friend dies

    2. Personality system: at the start of a new world you will be able to pick a personality for yourself as well as what npcs refer to you as, npcs have set personalities, you get to choose a personality for your dragon when you get the egg or have it based off yours, your personality affects how you talk to people, how much things affect you such as a friend dying, and how fast relationships rise and fall, when you die your relationships reset (toggle in settings)

    3. Eras: at the start of the game or when you enter the dimension whichever you get to choose which era you spawn into. The eras effect what happens in the world and what exists yet. The eras that I mean are the fall of the riders, book 1, book 2, book 3, book 4, and after the books, some of the effects are how easily you can get ahold of a dragon egg, possibly scripted events that happen, and how many enemies you have and maybe in hardcore mode when you die you could load the same world except all belonging and structures that you built and pretty much all effect you had on the world will be gone/ruined in some way and you could see your own grave or old dragon but you will technically be a different person.

    4. Alignment system: based off who you kill and who you talk to and maybe your personality can get you into the good or the bad side, aka the riders and galbatorix. This will effect how many enemies you have, what you can do, and what happens if you just come up to galbatorix and slap him.

    5. True names: maybe there could be a system where you could discover your true name by doing certain actions or learn someone else's true name and you could make them do what you want them to do (both npcs and players) players would get a bunch of debuffs if they don't obey your commands

    I am very sorry if any of these/ all of them are to hard to code... Thank you if you read this
