I could also easily expand the map with mods, tools, etc. How should this thread be handled? Will I make people mad if I go on a "make the map bigger and note stuff quickly mission"?

i actually have a youtube channel with a survival series dedicated to this world ive been suing this seed for about 4 months and ive heard about it from WAY more that just one person i don't think we can be all entirely sure who actually found it but the seed is AMAZING! :biggrin.gif:
You've been using this seed for about 4 months? That is AMAZING! I mean the general public has had access to seeds sense Feb 22nd of this year, only a month and eight days ago. Here you've been using the seed on a YouTube channel for nearly three months longer than everyone has even had access to seeds. You must be a member of the Dev team, or at the very least have a contact among them that got you an early release version 1.3 so you could start playing with seeds three months before everyone else.
Of course I've got to wonder about this contact of yours as you have heard about this seed from WAY more than just one person, so that would suggest that your contact has been getting not just you, but a whole bunch of people early releases of the new versions. So you must be on the Beta Beta team, where you test out the new versions before they are released.
I any event, I decided that I absolutely had to see your YouTube channel with your survival series DEDICATED to this world, and I was a little disappointed to find out that you only have 9 videos uploaded, and absolutely none of them have anything to do with this world. Then I realized that the problem must have been that you released videos of early version things, and that Notch and his creepers had to take them down for you. I mean this is Beta Beta stuff we are talking about here released to you and MANY other people 3 months earlier than everyone else in the Minecraft community.
Anyways, it sort of sucks that those Creepers took down your videos because if any of them had been dated from before Feb 27th (The day MadMaxHH posted about this world seed) we could have renamed this world from MadMaxHH's "World in the air" to RatchetBliss's "World in the air"
I know you don't care about taking credit for this world, because I mean MANY people told you about this world and you didn't find it yourself, but clearly you've been exploring this world longer than anyone else so we should absolutely change the name of it so that it reflects this new information.
Sorry I'm late for this thread and I didn't read all 15 pages so I could just be repeating what someone else said, but the only problem I can see is the turtle walking off into water like a dumb@$$ and drowning with your small house, chest, crafting table, etc. on its back. If you can figure out a way to make it avoid water you'd be straight. But much support from me for this mob. Keep up the good work; you should be on the Mojang team!
There is a TON of coal, iron, red stone, gold, diamonds, lava, obsidian Lapis lazuli and more caverns than you can explore. I am at level 11 and I have to keep going to my supply area to empty out my inventory. :smile.gif:

I think I might actually have something useful for you this time around! I was running around to the different pumpkin patches when I found a Steve Co. Supply Crate at co-ord's: -440, 540.
Hope this one is actually accurate and not just a completely random spawn in seed.
I found in this seed a nether portal that I know for a fact I didn't build out in the middle of the forest not far from the spawn point. (-146, 33) Have a look and see if it's the same for you. If it's there for everyone I'd like to request that it be referred to as "Dunbar's Hellgate."

Hi my name's Dunbar and I created an account on this forum exclusively for this incredible thread.
First off, I just want to say, @MidnightLightning: you're the f cking man for making that map and thank you much @PinkWool for the thread. I added this seed and started playing it as soon as the last update came out and it's beautiful.
The only problem I've had with this seed is that finding is insanely rare (more so than usual). I was hoping that maybe we could start mapping diamond veins on the googlemap @MidnightLightning made and maybe even, while we're at it, start labeling y co-ords on all the points along with the x and z.
On an unrelated note, I found in this seed a nether portal that I know for a fact I didn't build out in the middle of the forest not far from the spawn point.
