When I enter my minecraft world it loads only a few chunks and after that it freezes and I can't interact with much of anything, I can only move

This happens when I enter the world for the second time, the first time I enter normal load, but the second time the world freezes and when I exit the game, it freezes and I have nothing else to do than close it from the task manager[/pre]

I already tried it without optifine and it works fine, the bad thing is that now I'm getting lag, the crash happens sometimes, will there be a solution other than removing optifine?[/pre]
