I do have one concern, why should we vote for a server that we've never even played on before? It does look outstanding and I'd be willing to vote for it otherwise, but that's just me.
It's been such a long time since I was last on the server, but I've suddenly re-grown an interest in it and now I'm an active member since yesterday!
I'm surprised as of to how little changes were made since I was away, but hey, I'm still just a Charlie Prisoner.
I've re-memorized the rules and I'm back to work here! Oh, the good memories I've had and will have.

The tools could be worked on, though.
Anyway, just a suggestion, to look more professional, I'd suggest having (at least the title) better grammar, or at least some capitalization (and you may want to put the pictures in a spoiler tag).
Did anyone else notice the GUI is a bit different? (It now says "Save and Quit to Title", and The "Save and Quit to Title" button is on the bottom of the GUI now) :S
