    so, a general breakdown of things needing change in this suggestion:


    1.) monkeys only break natural spawned leaves /w a 66% success rate (not a change just pointing it out since others haven't seemed to notice it)


    2.) moneys should collect mob drops and put them in your inventory or carry it in theirs if yours is full, this being with rarer drops being a priority.


    3.) monkeys should climb up and sit on your shoulder when not assigned a sitting area (aka the monkeys version of follow is to sit on your shoulder)


    4.) tell a monkey to get off your shoulder by shift + left clicking with an empty hand


    5.) tell me if anything else is needed/needing to be cleared up.

    mould is not a very common spelling especially since not even mowzie recognized it, and if you pronounce MOULD as it is, it sounds like a mixture of mowzie's name and mold, so mould i would say is a very poor way to spell the word.

    This mob isn't designed to be killed by early players. It can One-hit-kill an unarmored player, and has a ton of health points. If an early-game player kills one, then they can get the leather from the troll hide instead.


    i would suggest hair textures along the back and arms, as well as a huge brutish looking nose and less of a fat looking stomach, overall... i love the idea, and i see minimal problems with it, and it would add a certain degree of "horror" as well as "adventure" to the game, not to mention a neat looking block to use as decoration, gg dude. here is some inspiration if you plan on changing the model at all, and hey... i might begin to mod it in so people can see what it would be like if this was a actual game feature.

    Also, mowzie i would like to suggest a small tweak to the mod because reasons, as some here might know, my favorite mob in this mod is the foliaath, and when i learned you can get baby foliaath's i was like "aaaaw, so i can get a cute baby friend?" and the answer was yes... UNTIL HE GREW UP AND BIT MY FACE OFF. so, i would like it if you could plant foliaath seeds in flower pots and feed them like normal but they instead stayed babies which didn't try to kill you, or at least some kind of potion that made them non-hostile towards you, thanks.



    edit: i just updated to the lastest version of the mod and now i can't plant a foliaath seed at all, please help wth?

    true, but in the case of the evil dragon ransacking your village, i think its fair... in the ancient law of the Mesopotamian land.. an eye for en eye, a dragons tooth for a tooth!

    I was testing it for compatibility purposes in the hopes of mixing it with Ice and Fire for that Dark Ages feel, but got side tracked with the skins thing...

    Back on topic it seems to be working with the Chameleon API for Storage drawers well, I went back on and messed around with placing and using the drawers.

    There does seem to be a bug with Overlord itself though. Following can get a bit twitchy. If they are out and about causing havoc and despair and suddenly you ruin their fun by telling them to put down their swords, they don't seem to want to listen. They'll stop fighting, but following is the problem. I found out that switching it to peaceful and removing all targets from the area suddenly gets them moving and they come to me, but when they were told to stop fighting after awhile of running around it was like a little kid putting his foot down and refusing to follow because he's told he can't play anymore.

    Off to test it without the Chameleon API for storage drawers in it. Don't think that it should matter thought.

    that may be a bug but it kinda fits. i think the dev of that mod should chalk it up to be a feature xP anyways, i'm glad you like it, 'tis the perfect mod to add to I/F because it allows you to march armies upon the evil dragon for ransacking your village!

    It's telling me on the forge site to use the "guide-api", which I've never heard of before and is all still in beta... It's the only listed dependency. I doubt that it'll work, but I'm going to try using it without.


    Edit: I haven't placed any storage shelves to try that, but Overlord is working just fine with the chameleon api still installed from storage drawers still being in there. I left all my mods and a couple of others I was testing for compatibility in and there haven't been any hiccups so far. It doesn't look like it needs an API to run, which is good for Ice and Fire.


    On a tragic note I lost a very close and dear friend of over 12 years on Monday the 6th. Coming here has helped take my mind off of it. His Minecraft name was RusticRaver. Sam was seriously one of those people who made the world a better place. The reason I'm bring this up is that while playing with the Overlord mod I started toying around with the skins. You can put the skin of another player on your skeletons and it protects them from the sun on top of looking cool. Well... Now I've got RusticRaver standing with me and I haven't been able to stop crying... He would have gone nuts over this mod...


    In the picture I'm on the right and Sheylenna, another close friend of ours, is on the left.


    this is starting to get a little off topic but i'm sorry for your loss... it get's better, but you need to cry over it, otherwise it get's worse.

    no worries! so am i a bit... i like to dabble in both peaceful travels and genocidal fiery rampages.


    speaking of mass death, has anyone heard of the overlord mod? it's the perfect mod to go along with the upcoming I/F mod since you can use it to amass massive armies of undead warriors to march upon a dragons horde or roost! call yourself the lich king if you're feeling up to it...

    he quit? because why? he couldn't deal with the shame of having an IP address? All jokes aside, i do believe it is legal to leak IP addresses of individuals, using them for malicious purposes, however, is not. for example: i can say to a friend of mine, hey look, that guy's IP address has 3 6's in a row, lol. and i won't get in trouble. but if i do this, then proceed to hack, or tell my friend to hack, this IP address. it would not be legal.
