*Flashes an image of the pack in front of NukeDuck's peeking face* I use and love this Pack. I guess that it could hurt the eyes of some people, but it's a fun experience for the people, like me, whose eyes can handle it! :P

Pfffff, what eyes! But no, all of the paintings are optical illusions, generic ones that you can find on any Illusion website.

Have you ever looked at a texture pack and thought "Hey, this isn't Black and White, it's Black and GREY-scale!"? Well, look no further. This texture pack is the Black and WHITE version of the default texture pack. Every block and pixel has been colored from scratch and has, in no way, been altered by Graphic tools.

Need Pictures to be convinced that this Resource pack is worth the look? See for yourself!

This is 100% complete (As much as Minecraft will let me edit).

I am sorry to say that I have found out something very odd with the pixelmon mod. When the Music folder is deleted or tampered with, instead of music playing in-game, it make Minecraft completely quiet until it is restarted. Meaning, I will not be able to make this Soundpack, unfortunately.

One song I would look forward to is the Lavender Town theme ;) , but kinda mild it down a little so it doesn't cause people headaches.

LOL I was fixing to say, "You want what!?" Eh, I could find a mellowed version of that song. I know it exists. Thank you for your suggestion.

Oh, very nice song. Kind of like a march. I will start making a Poll type list, keeping track of the number of times that a song is suggested. Thanks for starting this off, corner_g.

Honestly, it should be pretty easy for someone to do this themselves.

I'm sorry to say that I didn't see any Song suggestion in your post.

Hello, Everyone! I am currently in the thoughts of making a Pokemon Soundpack to use with Minecraft Mod, Pixelmon. But, I don't know what music I should use. So, I'm going to let all of you decide.

To make a suggestion, reply to this thread with the name of the song, what game it's from and, if possible, a link to the actual song! I will be running this thread for a week and I will pick 13 songs by how many times it was listed.

I can't wait to see what everyone will suggest. To give you a good idea on what to suggest, try and list a song that would be great overworld/travelling music. Music that you would want to walk around Minecraft to.

PS: If you already see the song that you want, suggest it yourself to add a vote to that song. Remember, the song with the highest vote will be picked over the songs with the lower amount of votes!

    Songs suggested, so far:
    • Any Pokemon Game
      • Game Corner - 1 Vote
      • Surfing Theme - 1 Vote
      • Pokemart Theme - 1 Vote
      • Opening theme song - 1 Vote
      • Pokemon Center (I like the Ruby version, myself) - 1 Vote
    • Pokemon Platinum
      • Distortion world theme - 1 Vote
    • Pokemon Red/Blue
      • The road to Veridian city from Pallet town - 1 Vote
      • Opening Theme - 1 Vote
      • Lavender Town - 1 Vote
    • Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald
      • Littleroot Town - 1 Vote
    • Diamond and pearl
      • Route 209 (Day) - 1 Vote
Edit: I am sorry to say that I have found out something very odd with the pixelmon mod. When the Music folder is deleted or tampered with, instead of music playing in-game, it make Minecraft completely quiet until it is restarted. I have been trying to install the Language files for this, but I can't seem to do it right. I dragged and dropped the folder into my Minecraft.jar, even did it for the main .minecraft folder. But, the option to choose the VonDoom Languages isn't available for me.

    Am I doing it right?

Are you going to discontinue this mod because there are resourse packs

Here you go, my illiterate friend.

Audiotori will probably get an update, but this might take a very long time since I do want to integrate it with the new Resource pack system in a very specific way I have in mind.

No estimated time of release, but it's not as critical for me to update this anymore since sound packs are now supported natively; I will take my time to update this correctly.

It's great that Minecraft has taken the initiative to include something so cool into their game. But, yesterday while looking through Planetminecraft.com...I-I....Oh god, it's too horrible to say. *Shivers, taking a deep, shuddering breath* I-I....*He hugged himself, trying to not throw up. He suddenly blurted out* I saw ten "Classic Minecraft Sounds" Resource packs! DX I knew this would happen and it has and is! Somebody hold me. The Waves of such unnecessary Resource packs, it's unbearable to think about!

Minecraft mechanics, at least on most versions since Minecraft 1.5 (I don't know about Minecraft 1.6 yet but I don't think there is any reason for it to have changed).

Sadly, I think it has changed. I tried to put multiple voices to the Villagers with my Super Mario soundpack ((I tried to put all of the Mushroom Kingdom Villager voices into it)), but it only played the amount that was originally on Minecraft.

Edit: That's why I was hoping that it was something that you made happen. I'm going to miss being able to use all of the sounds that I find for my Soundpacks.

However, do you mean that I can add custom sounds everywhere by just adding a number?

Exactly. But, if there is a sound like "death" that has no number, make sure that you insert a new sound labeled "death" and then any other sound after that, just put death1, death2, and so on. If you don't modify the original numberless sound, Minecraft will still play the default sound among the modified sounds that you put in.

Quick question: Is it the original Minecraft mechanics or Audiotori that allows us to put multiple sounds into our soundpacks? Like on top of the sound chestopen, we put chestopen1, chestopen2, etc.

is there a way to play all 4 of them during the game or am I condamned to choose 2 of them? Also, could it work to place in the same folder 2 songs with the same name (using some tricks) so that then maybe they both could play during the game?

It is sad that we are no longer able to do this in 1.6, BUT. 1.5.2 and before versions allow you to rename such files as nuance3 and nuance4, allowing creators to put more sounds than possible.

A good example would be the Mushroom Kingdom Villager Soundpack that I made. Sadly, since 1.6 no longer allows adding sounds, I just had to include the Luigi villager sounds in my Super Mario Resource pack ((Out of the near 80 Villager sounds spanning from Mario, Toad, even Wario)).

You can also do this with sounds, like with bow, you can also name files bow1, bow2, etc. so Minecraft uses each at random. A very neat feature that I'm very disappointed that Minecraft has done away with in 1.6.

I hope my info helped you!
