are you using mcmyadmin if so go to the settings tab for server and enable pvp.

from a quick read through on simpleclans try using /clan globalff, this is just a guess mind you but im guessing that everyone is in a single clan, that will enable friendly fire to test if thats the case
can you do me a favor on the ironspire one and make it 550x100 as well? If it's too much trouble that's fine but I would appreciate it so i can have it as a signature as well (=
Ok I edited the world.yml and made it to every world I have has pvp enabled to 'true' but that didn't work and there is no where in simpleclans that toggles pvp in anyway, any more suggestions?
Alright let me check it out, whiskwhisk I appreciate a lot of your help, you've helped me with a lot of issues. I'll update you when I am able to mess with it in a bit.
In my server.properties pvp is set to true, yet no one can pvp in the world (This is in places where pvp is allowed as well and yes i checked to make sure no regions were set). Any advice? Thanks again!
Asking for donations before the server has even started? Maybe you should save up some money first and garuntee your players and yourself that you have enough money to last the server about 3+ months. It will relieve you of stress for about 2 months so you can have fun, and reap the benefits of having a server that everyone can enjoy, instead of begging for donations.
Most servers end up dead after about 2 months due to no money. Then what happens? You lose all your players, and when you get enough money again, you have to start fresh, with nothing. My point is, make the server long term, for the sake of the community. I hate when servers i've been playing on for a few months just shut down and all my hard work is gone down the drain.

Running a server isn't cheap...you have to take A lot out of pocket to start it, I took around 400$ out of pocket just to start it and luckily made around 600$ back within a few months...but not all servers are that lucky.
Ironspire is back everyone! It is in BETA phase but is being released to the public still! This server ranked in the top 100 servers in the world and will be put back to it's old self in no time!
