How do you install shaders on Technic? I'm looking to install SEUS to the Fossils & Archaeology Revival server pack. I can't find the download for the mod core, any help?
I'm a little skeptical of this, so here are the few questions that I have:
> What's the game version of the server?
> You said you don't care about age, only maturity, yet it's still there. Why? What if I'm uncomfortable announcing my age to people I'm not quite familiar with?
> What about mobGrief and keepInventory? Do we have claims, factions, towny, LWC?
>Oh yea, also there's a plugin that allows you to toggle PVP on/off, right, so if it's off other players can't harm you and you can't harm them, so maybe get that, as it'll prevent some unwanted stuff? Just a suggestion.
> Uh... That's...That's about it, I think. I think that's just it, yea.
By a "while" I mean three years... But I've stopped playing Minecraft then came back to it very recently (as in two-months-ago after being gone for a year or maybe more recently), and I've finally decided to throw my idea out here.
The mod will be called something along the lines of "Mystic Flora". Why? Because it adds magical plants to Minecraft. So far I've got only a couple planned...
Moonlace - A rare silver flower that can only be planted at night and is slightly more efficient than a sea lantern.
Sundrop - An equally rare flower that also provides light; can be used to heal players or zombie villagers; one flower can be used up to five times before being consumed.
Crystal Flower - A rare underground flower that can be crafted into diamond or emerald, depending on the colour (blue/green)
Charcoal - Natural blocks of charcoal which will mostly be found in deserts or any biome with a lot of plant material, but underground.
Seed Plant - A plant that can be harvested to provide "Raw Seeds", which can't be cooked.
Plant Cloner - An item that has to be placed in the world, it turns raw seeds into plant material, the amount of seeds differs depending on the plant; vanilla plants (cactus, flowers, mushrooms, and saplings) take a small amount of seeds, while things like moonlace, sundrops, and crystal flowers require larger amounts to multiply the plant in question.
I don't necessarily to actually make this mod, but it's just a concept I've had and I thought that maybe I should share it with the public. If I do actually get to make this a mod, I'd maybe like to include some sort of carnivorous plants as well, trees, decorations, etc.. But for now, it has to remain simple and not overthought.
I'd like to set up a very small and simple modded server. I use 1.8.9, and about three mods (excluding Optifine). How do I set up a server? If I install forge with the "install server" option, will it affect my singleplayer world? Is it possible that after setting up the server I could make it so the current SP map as it is is turned into SMP or do I have to start from scratch? I've never set up a server before as well, so there's that.

Would've loved to join, but my laptop and 1.12 don't go well together.
If I do get a new laptop, though, I'll be sure to hit you up!

I see... I see. Thanks a lot! I owe you one for that.
I actually discovered that my laptop can render Biomes O Plenty so I'm now living in a grove biome. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'll be sure to use it in the future though!

I'm looking for a 1.8.9 seed with the following features:
> Mountains/hills; hopefully not too high.
> Forest biome
> Plains biome
> Desert biome not too far (not necessary; beach would also be good; I need to make glass somehow)
> Hopefully Savanna biome as well; not necessary at all, though.
The last two points aren't necessary, but I'd like to make glass somehow, so sand would be virtuous.

This is so damn underrated.

One more thing: Any MC version above 1.8 is horribly laggy (3 FPS max; usually 1 or 2) for me. I'm assuming it's Optifine, but how could I fix that? That also applies to other games I play. Modded 1.7 lags as well, although it has OF.
