I have no idea, but notch will probes just want to hurry up and get to 1.9! My friend told me he just wants to hurry up and get out of beta so and could possibly release it on other titles like the 3DS or ps3 for example. The game is basically finished, all it needs is no more bugs. Like chunk errors and other things. He also has to fix that thing with the HD texture fix we have to do with our texture packs. No more mobs need to be added neither blocks maybe different uses for wool like wool stairs and the option to make every block into half a block. And endless sky u can go on forever!
But seriously, I think he will probably, just fix some bugs in 1.6 or just think of another idea to put it in with the bug fixes like the wolfs and cookies!

Get as much netherack and soul sand, fire and lava and make the minecarftia world into the nether. Cover then sky up with netherack so no sunlight can get in! Then make a portal into the nether and make the nether into the minecraftia over world, that means making trees,lakes,mountains and the top of the nether into a sun so make a circle of glow stone (I dunno) so basically switch the 2 worlds! :tongue.gif:
