It is possible to change the destination of the Nether World portal to another one of your World's.

*Before following the steps below, go into the World that you choose to be your secondary/ nether,
and create a portal wherever you wish.
>Save>Exit.
**Minecraft is not designed to run 2 worlds at one time, quality may be a bit sluggish.
*** Although you will be enering your secondary world, the environment of the nether will remain, i.e.
"Day will never come, you cannot place additional water in the world, enemies from the nether appear to
remain (i have yet to find any "flying pigs").
Start>Run, search for "%appdata%"
look for ".minecraft"
saves>"Desired Secondary World"
Copy & Paste(Entire Folder for that world, i.e. World 1, etc.) to Desktop
Back in the "saves" folder, double-click your desired "primary" world
Look for "DIM-1" Cut & Paste to desktop, *I recommend you put in a folder labeled
"Original".
On your desktop, rename the world that you picked as a secondary to, "DIM-1".
Cut & Paste that folder into your Primary World's folder.
Run Minecraft, load your primary world, make a Nether Portal anywhere you wish.
When you enter the Nether Portal, you will be teleported to your Secondary World.
