I know this quistion is stupid, but... I can't find the "server.properties" file... :S Where is it?
It should be in the folder that Minecraft_server.exe is.
I would recommend making a folder on you'r desktop or something like that called "Minecraft_server".
When you have made that folder, put minecraft_server.exe that you downloaded in that folder and start it, it will then start to make all the files it need to make a server. Server.properties should be there too.
