    I'd like a mod that limits the notes that the XP orb sound can be retuned to so that it stays within specific keys, like C Major, F Minor, etc. It'd be best if it could be set by having a list of notes by their actual note name and it'll retune to that note in any octave. It'd also be swell if it could load the list of notes from a texture pack so a dark texture pack could have an xpnotes.txt file with some minor key in it to add to the gloom, or alternatively a comic pack with C Major, etc.

    The size difference between a 16x texture pack using large chunks of the same colour and a 16x texture pack using rich textures is pretty insignificant. The performance boost, if any at all, wouldn't really be noticeable or worth using a simplified texture pack (assuming you didn't want to use one in the first place).

    HD patcher is technically a mod, but it doesn't effect your saves at all. They'll be fine.
