AMD has released a new driver update named "16.3.1 hotfix" (unfortunately is not for every graphics card =/, you need to check that) This version solves the problem, link to download it just here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download you know the next steps =).
I recommend to update your Forge and OptifineHD version too to secure the maximum efficiency.
PD: I made a tutorial for those who do not know how to fix this (The video is in spanish but contains subtitles in english too, i hope it helps someone =P )
