Suggestion(if you can/know how): Make leaf decay on default, and make a craft-able block.
This block, when put underneath the bottle log of the tree, should stop the tree from decaying its leaves.

You don't get diamonds from coal.
You get diamonds from high explosives...
And that would be Diamond Dust
I think a better crafting recipe would be:
and you cook that, blow up your furnace, and get diamond dust.
Maybe craft 9 diamond dust to get a diamond chunk, and cook that in the furnace to make 1/4 diamond shard.
I like your idea, but this makes more sense to me :tongue.gif:

Looks good, try http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?t=15522
? ...I'm using MCEdit to make this. I should probably put that in the topic :tongue.gif:
And its very possible to make a perfectly-round lake in Minecraft, even without tools such as MCEdit. Its just pixely
Apr 25, 2011Posted in: MapsQuote from Rahz »Good idea. I'm betting you're converting oceans to land? I've done smaller areas, and planned to eventually look for a seed with a really big ocean area to make a flatgrass map. You may want to take the grass down to a depth of 12-13 so you get rid of most of the water.
Yep after about 3 layers of dirt im gonna put down some stone

It will be up in a minute, so if you can't connect just wait a second, and if you can never connect, then
Anyway, its running a map that I made. Nice flatgrass in the middle, surrounded by a 100% unmodified world.
No mods on it ATM. Heres the IP: 220.127.116.11
OK NOW WAIT A SEC WHILE I START THE SERVER

The Flat-grass. On most flat-grass maps it just goes on and on until you hit a wall or a large cliff that looks completely different from the flat-grass part. But if you look at the 3rd picture you see that there is no seams.

If you're looking for a nice world to build in, I've built a flat-grass map that has pretty much no seams.
This allows you to go exploring and generate more world, but you can still have a nice flat-grass in the middle.
You spawn in the middle of a perfectly round lake, on some glow-stone.
You're holding a few items, what should you do with them?
Around you you see a flat-grass. And yes, it is seamless.
