It was a setting in Nvidia that was causing the issue! Go to the little spinning Nvidia menu and tell the thing to "let the application decide"
We got to the part with a lone diamond block at the end of a huge room full of mob spawners, we didn't know if that was the end of it or not so we just stopped cause we thought the map was impossible if that wasnt the end, sadly no vid :\
Shouldn't work when it has taken any damage. Also, it doesn't give everything you used to make it back, maybe 2/3 of the materials rounded down, with a random chance of what you'll get back from it every time (it rolls for every material, the top 66% of the rolls are given back to you).
I agree with you. That would be an issue. And I like the idea of the randomizing chances.

It's all this bad coding that Notch likes putting into Minecraft lately.
He really ought to pick up a few java trained people, all these mod making guys do is fix what Notch breaks, and they do it as charity work :tongue.gif:

Ok, so the idea is that there could be a new item created similar looking to a furnace that would decompose items to there original state. For example, you have an iron sword. You forgot you already have an iron sword. Instead of just putting it in a chest to maybe never be used, you could plop it into the Decomposer and have it melted down to a stick and 2 ingots! You would be able to do this for any/almost any item that is crafted! Please share your ideas below and whether you like this idea or not. Thanks!
I didn't think this was gonna be cool at all when I first heard but now I think it's going to be amazing for all sorts of contraptions, Adventure Maps, traps, etc.
should make them more common!
