Not to be rude, but I don't really think you should bump the thread for more applicants until you have dealt with more of the existing ones. Even though you were saying that you were using whatever little free time you had to look at applications, you were still asking for more, which contradicts that a bit.

I sincerely apologize for our recent and unprofessional recruitment process. Our lead recruiter has been let go because of his unprofessionalism. The bump on the thread was un called for and he has also been let go. We strive for professionalism so when something like this occurs, I take it to heart. I will now handle the recruitment process personally to ensure it is efficient and professional. I have personally contacted both of you since I had approved of your applications a while back but our lead recruiter dropped the ball pretty hard and left a lot of applications unanswered. Oh definitely no antipathy present here Ismael. We thank you for suggesting that to our Social Relations representative, and we do take the fault for that. We have been a bit busy with deciding for the server concepts and development process- that's why we have only a bit of time to review applications. The problem is that ultimately WYSIWYG is not easy to get right and with all the various things we need it gets more and more complex. For example we're carrying many years of legacy BBCode. The dev team are constantly iterating and even though we make use of an open source platform called TinyMCE it still requires a lot of custom work, and we often encounter issues with edge cases because people have huge long posts. Long term we're going to be considering what to do to address the problem permanently, but in the mean time the dev team fix issues as we find them.
That said the issue you're experiencing isn't something I've heard reported before, although the editor has problems it should not be lagging when typing with a normal post -- for example it's not having any issues while I type this post. If you're experiencing this across all browsers... I'm not sure what the cause could be. Normally I'd suggest that it could be related to an addon like NoScript or AdBlock -- they are common causes of issues with the editor loading... but you probably don't have those running in all of your browsers, do you?

For others to connect you need to port forward (if you have a router)
External and Internal port is 25565
Protocol is TCP

Here are the positions available as of 14/9/2013.- Administrator

You must be able to work at least 8 hours on weekdays, and 10 hours on weekends.

Check your Essentials Configuration file, it has a separated section for your prefixes. Also, try and check your Towny configuration.
Please, have in mind that if you show us a Group which isn't the one the picture, it's pointless.

Just drop it inside your Plugins folder, it should work just fine. You might also want to update your Spigot Jar as you're running other version than mine. (https://mcadmin.net/)

As a former Front-End Developer, i suggest that you keep your files as tight as possible.
I can see you're running Bootstrap 3 as part of your Work Tools, with that being said i also recommend to keep Mark Otto's & Bootstrap 3 Devs Syntax instead of re-arranging everything.
You're missing Meta tags, your JavaScript Links are listed above the content, you don't write JS in a file but on the page itself (Which can be linked separately - Also, you can manage the DOM through jQuery) and a ton of practices you will perfect once you have a better Development Method.
Overall, good design and well presented.

Since you have lost access to your Account, you should send a Ticket to Customer Support and Ask them to reset your account access.
Remember to have all your information about your account payment, if you dont have any access to that info, im sorry but there's no way to fix the problem.
It's Recomended to have all your Payment Papers or Recipes and Trasaction ID to make the process easier.
