The Lord of the Rings Online's main quest recently became f2p, so I've been playing that for the past week or so and I LOVE IT. I don't have that much experience with MMORPGs, but from what I do have this one feels a lot less grindy, and a lot more fun.
I just recently got SoC, and I'm having a good time with it. I've noticed, thought, that whenever I play stalker, I get kinda depressed. That also happened when I first played L4D, too, though, so it'll probably pass.
On the subject of mods, isn't Complete 2009 supposed to be the 'Vanilla 2.0'? I'm playing vanilla 1.0 because I feel like it. ****ing bandits killing my friends, though. Wolf got killed for me too.
A big part of the reason I love The Legend of Zelda games is because of the character. In all the games Link is just a normal kid/person (though admittedly he usually already knows how to use a sword) that is thrust into these amazing, epic scenarios and comes through alive, all because he's better than everyone else.
I just joined. But can someone explain to me what the practical use for this is?
It counts how many keys and clicks you make and the frequencies for such.
There is no practical use, it's simply a little gadget to track your activity :3
Kinda like a podometer.
'cept instead of fitness points it tracks how much time you spend at a keyboard... just another way to earn bragging rights, I guess.
Spyro the Dragon was my first game as well! My parents didn't really (and still don't) think video games are a good way for me to spend my time, so we would borrow a friend's PlayStation every once in a while and take a crack at this.
Going through every reply since my last is tireing.

...people like you aren't clear enough or sober enough...
I happen to be under the im pression that I am as clearminded as an individual can be. I just don't feel the need to flaunt this through expressions of superiority and meaningless insults.
Sorry I didn't cite any resources, I don't usually do when posting from a mobile device at 3am... Though i don't notice you posting much sauce either.

No. Just... No.

Thank you for totally demolishing your previous statement by practically paraphrasing from the intro of this book I have right here on the basics of practical science and experimentation.

You use that word much too liberally. Some terms you could use instead of blatntly stating your opinions as fact and forcing them upon us are "in my opinion" or "I believe".
And, as intelligent as you appear to be, and with your tendecies of over analyzing, you seem to overlook extremely easy ways to end this flame duel that seems to annoy you so much. You could:
1. Simply disregard any replies made by Alpha,
or
2. Avoid making any comments towards his person, positive or negative.
Also, superflous adjectives (eg. cancerous) have no place in a philosophy discussion, and only help to enlarge your image as an idiot/jerk.

But seriously, the 3DS looks freaking awesome. It's in the same class as the PS2. And have you seen its lineup?
