dude I just built this castle too! except I built it in creative and added a few of my own embellishments, like a fountain on the courtyard over the don jon wall, but other than that I followed the blueprints of the castle. great minds think alike I guess haha

you dont HAVE to be a leader, but you should find a Lord or Lady on the server to sponsor you. I only allow my IRL friends and myself to work on my city, sorry, but if you can find someone who will sponsor you you can still join the server
Medieval world server, each person makes their own city. If accepted you are a Lord or Lady (aka server moderator) of your city. You may invite your own friends to help you with your city but remember as Lord or Lady it is your responsibility to keep these players in line. Server is all about making the best medieval server we can, with a countryside full of cities, farms and castles. Players start in the already in progress city of Michaelston, and then venture out into the world to make a name for their own city.

if you layer fence posts on top of the wood it can create a nice effect. try not to have tons of just flat walls, it really helps make your creations stand out
I am starting up a medieval server. If you do a search for "Rhoran" you can probably find it.. I will not be using bukkit, sorry for that though. This will be a mature server, focused around building a good medieval world and if necessary trading amongst players for resources. Each builder I accept initially will be a "Lord" or "Lady" in charge of leaving the city and making his own. You can bring whoever you want into the server to help you with your city but you are in charge of keeping those people in line. PM me if interested
also, just to avoid some confusion here, when I say Lord/ builder I mean that anyone who is accepted into my server is a lord of their own city. However, they must make that city themselves, hence a builder. However, if you so wish you can invite your friends to the server as people to help you with the city, where they would be builders but not Lords. If that doesnt make sense, just tell me and I will attempt to explain better hahaFurthermore, there is a capital city already somewhat built, you will spawn in front of the city, and it is the city of Michaelston.

I cant make an accurate judgement on your skill level on your word alone. just go in game and hit the print screen button to copy the screen, then go into paint and paste it and save. upload it to photobucket or wherever you like and voila you have a screenshot you can post here
The Kingdom of Rhoran is a vast medieval themed minecraft world, in this world you will build your medieval city and trade with other player cities for various resources. Skilled and mature people with a patience for the economic system are wanted. The server will also use ventrilo to communicate, so we can talk to each other with microphones. Please respond on this topic with some basic information about yourself, your build style, your skill level, and post pictures or videos of your work. This server will not have a white list, but I will PM the accepted people with the information to get onto the server. I will also make a post on this topic with the names of all accepted people.
