posted a message on The Creepers Podcast: Now with a Website
Well folks, it is time for everyones favourite thing: self promotion.

The Creepers Podcast, is a weekly podcast for lovers of Minecraft and Mojang. Hosted by Richard, James, Bromine and Jack. We discuss latest news, rumours and suggestions; from across the entire of the Minecraft Community.

We are a fairly new show, with a few episodes now available for your listening pleasure. With the show now having a firm weekly release of Wednesday nights. (GMT/BST)

The reason I have come to shout my **** of today is because we have just released our own website, instead of using Tumblr. So could I please request that anyone with the slightest interest, poke their nose in at: http://www.creeperspodcast.im

Perhaps while you folks are at it, you could even give the show a listen via iTunes.

Cool, Cool. Whats the schedule for the show? And, would some sumaries of simple systems in a segment be good? (woah multiple S alliteration)

All listener contributions will be welcomed, the main focus of our show is the Minecraft Community.

The schedule is once a week, and at the moment that means Wednesday evenings (GMT/BST), however this could be subject to change depending on commitments. This of course means a new show will be out tomorrow.

Unfortunately there is still no sign of the show being added to iTunes or Zune yet. However I will ensure that I keep you all in the loop once it has been added to either of their directories. So please bear with me despite having to listen to the show via Direct Download. :S

Sorry for a double post, but it just occurred to me that I had not shared the RSS feed. Obviously this still doesn't help the iTunes guys, (wish Apple would get on it already) however for others it is all that you need.

    Enjoy :smile.gif:

Grrr. iTunes and Zune are being rubbish, taking forever to add the show. :sad.gif:

I'm afraid I am in their laps guys, but I'll keep you updated when they come online.

Awesome! I am looking forward to it. But dont think for a second my criticism ( or praise :biggrin.gif:) will be 'light' haha. I think I may record a segment on some interesting facets of the game. Eg; mining diamonds, how mob spawners work, light levels, under rated blocks, nuances of farming etc...

EDIT: Just listened to it and it was pretty fantastic. Keep it up! Who should I email segments to? PM me if you wanna keep the email private. Also... Guest stars...? I would be VERY interested.

Glad you enjoyed it! :smile.gif: The email for all contact to the show is: [email protected]

Update on iTunes, I sent for it to be put into the directory; yet still not been added. Think I might add it to a few other places in the mean time, such as the Zune market place.

Which means my itunes issue is half way to being fixed, please bear with me. I will keep you guys in the loop when it comes online.

Put it on iTunes :smile.gif: Then I'll give it a listen. Wondering if you'll have guest segments/hosts? Cuz I would love to do some segments for it :biggrin.gif:

Firstly it will be on itunes very shortly, just sorting out an issue with libsyn. :smile.gif:

Secondly I would love to have some extra input, especially in the form of segments. So if you have got some ideas please feel free to PM me or just reply here. It's up to you. :biggrin.gif:

This thread is made of such much win. <3

Just thinking of what I could put our friendly creeper into. Seems like people might get easily pissy with terrorist attack based ones.

    EDIT: Here we go ;D
