Some how, I don't think it will! I think I'd put that dispenser in an item frame hung on a wall in yer base as a constant reminder so you (probably) wont do it again ...

Yeah, but make sure you put it up above the crafting table!

No, you've obviously had a long hiatus and gotten sloppy from that.

posted a message on WHAT WAS THE FIRST THING YOU DIED FROM WHEN YOU FIRST EVER PLAYED MINECRAFT!?! (poll included)

I remember my first ever death. It was around 1.4. Official Release, and I was in my first ever survival world. I had watched enough YouTube videos to know how to make a sword, but that was it. I made a wooden sword, and ran around with raw pork until night. A bunch of zombies and spiders started chasing me through a forest, and I started climbing up the trees. I got to the top, but the zombies kept following me. They came in a steady stream, me holding them off with my wooden sword, until finally, just before dawn, they overwhelmed me, and killed me.

I have to say though, it was a brave way to go.

    Quote from RyanTheCacti»

Then what is it supposed to be if it isn't 1.10 after 1.9?? 1.9.1 would probably be small bug fixes, and 1.10 is already taken, which leaves 2.0, which is another april fools update. the only thing left is 1.banana.

How was 1.10 "taken"? It was going to be 1.10, and it will always be 1.10. Again, as people have said before me, 2.0 in version numbers is a total revamp of pretty much the whole game, with a lot more things a lot different compared to a regular update. And you said it yourself. 1.10 and 2.0 were APRIL FOOLS UPDATES. I don't know if you recognise what APRIL FOOLS means, but in most languages it means a joke.

I checked, and both of those so-called "updates" were HOAXES. They weren't actual updates, therefore they're NOT TAKEN.

I also hope that you weren't serious about the 1.banana part, otherwise you obviously haven't checked your sources correctly.

But remember. 1.10 was the April fools update... (Loves and Hugs Update for people who do not know)...

So logically, it should be 2.0.

But 2.0 was an april fools update as well... SO WHAT'S NEXT??!?!?!?!

    :o

Mate, there's absolutely zero logic that since 1.10 was an April Fools Update therefore it should be 2.0. Absolutely zero logic.

Like at least 3 people have told before myself, version numbers don't go by the same road as regular decimals. Let's think, 1.7.10 is a good example.

It'll be 1.10, and always will be, and I swear, when Dinnerbone or someone else comes out with the fact it's 1.10, I'll make sure I laugh in your face from the screen.

posted a message on What don't you like about recent updates?

I don't "not like the updates" so much as I don't like how Mojang creates them. They sort of just slap together whatever they come up with, and because of that unorganization (and the three or so people working on it) they spend years implementing things modders can create in a couple months. When this changelog -

~ ender dungeon and other stuff

    ~ mesa dungeon

    ~ dual wielding

    ~ one new mob

~ block that is unusable to everyone except Mojang employees

    - is all they have to offer after a year and a half of "work", it's pretty disappointing. And it's worrying that this is considered a "massive update"...

    OK, OK, hold up.

First of all, I don't see how Mojang are just "slapping together" things. As we've all seen, unless you were hibernating or in a console cave, the updates have been of pretty good quality. And what unorganisation? Also, so far as I've seen, there are a lot more than three people working on it. Sure, most of the time you'll see Jeb and Dinnerbone as the main communicators to the community. But what about others like Nathan Adams, Marc Watson, Daniel Kaplan, Patrick, and many others on the Mojang team?

And anyway, there's a lot more than what you said in your post that is to be included in 1.9. If anything, you'll end up eating your own words when Mojang come out with another stellar update while you're trying to delete this thread and telling people you never doubted Mojang all along.

    Basically, get your facts right.

posted a message on Your Opinions on Microsoft Owning Mojang

To be honest, Microsoft are just there to take care of the overall ownership of Minecraft and Mojang. Microsoft make sure that they don't get in the way and that Mojang has full control of the development of Minecraft. All Microsoft does is take the pressure of the political things off Mojang and allow them to do what they do best;developing things.

I like Dinnerbone and Jeb, from what I've seen, but I'm not the most experienced person on the Mojang staff.

Mojang will probably say a release date for 1.9 sometime after the snapshot comes out.
