Do you have Optifine or MCPatcher installed? If you have the former, go into the video options and disable connected textures (which I believe is under "Details..."), which should fix your problem. Connected textures are determined by the texture pack for most blocks, but sandstone and glass have a texture built in to Optifine and MCPatcher which allows for connected textures without a texture pack.

I am currently building an undercroft for a cathedral, using slopes to create vaulted ceilings. Are the slopes all going to be kept up-to-date with Minecraft 1.5 ?

If you personally don't agree, then so be it. There is no sense in being actively negative.
If you can tell me of a Forge mod with a wide variety of chairs, the please do so. Don't just say there are lots. I have searched and not found. Helping is better than hindering.
Why do you put me down, just because you have other ideas? You do not speak for the entire Minecraft community. Do you go to every single suggestion, and put them down too?
I am not concerned with other modders who don't want to fill this gap. I am trying to find those who are interested.
I have an idea, and a set of skills, and am looking for a collaboration. I thought that's what this forum was for.

I will gladly design every piece of furniture to fit a 1 or 2 block space. I will do texture sheets. I will give the coordinates for every panel.

That is fantastic! I just re-skinned a road to make my dining table, but this is fantastic! I will download this immediately, and play to my heart's content. I can see a multitude of possibilities for this block type. ...which is why I was reluctant to re-skin a precious road block, especially as I wanted to use it as a road.

PS I like how the texture sheets are named differently now. Having 4 or 5 of "terrain.png" open in Photoshop was getting a bit confusing.

Please Please Please Please Please read the original post on the first page. He says it's discontinued in this form. Begging won't change that. Mod-makers can't create new/improved mods overnight. They work hard to give you cool stuff for free. The least you can do is stop hassling. Your patience is appreciated. Just click "follow this topic", and wait for news.
