I was having the same issue with leads, so I just built a roof-less building 3 blocks tall and had a 3x3 opening with a fence and gate in front. Horses can't pass through the gate due to size, and you can just jump them in since they don't jump by themselves
I'm trying to keep this server 100% vanilla, so please don't ask to join if you plan on modding, fly hacking, inventory editing or doing anything similar.
This is a survival server, however PvP is only allowed in circumstances of theft or griefing. There may be certain days when I will do some kind of PvP things, but we'll figure that out later... Seriously, don't kill people, or grief... You will be kicked, no exceptions. Also, please don't dupe, that's lame.
I will probably curse a lot, seriously. If that bothers you, you best look elsewhere for multiplayer. I'm pretty laid back, so as long as you don't do anything stupid or cause trouble, we'll probably get along.
Leave your IGN and I'll add you to the whitelist, if the slots are full please don't post. (Inb4 spam)

Just felt that I should point out the fact that they really aren't obligated to listen to anything you have to say /: Honestly, they're one of the few developers that will take users opinions into consideration, and you being so butthurt about them "ignoring our demands" is complete garbage.
What makes you feel that you're entitled to make "demands" in the first place? I offered an idea to the Pokemon company about improving their game, but I'm pretty sure someone used it to wipe their ass, and you don't see me crying about not being able to catch all of them in one game...
Get a grip, you want the game your way, make your own. Otherwise, play the parts of the game you like and ignore the rest, you aren't always going to get that 100% enjoyable game, there's always something that people aren't going to like, but that's no reason to say the game is going downhill when it's obviously being given more depth and playability.
