It runs, but not well. I get about 15-20 FPS with the default texture pack. Don't hate my specs, I promise they aren't the problem (built the beauty myself). I normally get 500 fps with 512x texture packs, and have peaked up to 1250 with a 512x pack, and up to 2000 with default.
So anyway, my specs are:
MOTHERBOARD: MSi P67A-GD55
HDD: 1TB 7200RPM Hatachi rest is irrelevant to this blah blah blah...
RAM: 8GB (Soon to be 16 :biggrin.gif:) Kingston HyperX, Dual Channel OC'd to 1600MHz.
CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k 3.3 GHz Quad-Core OC'd to 4.2GHz (and still gets 30deg C :biggrin.gif:)
VIDEO CARD: Radeon HD 5770 1GB GDDR5 (soon to be another one of these in here :biggrin.gif:) GPU Clock OC'd to 900MHz ans Memory Clock OC'd to 1500MHz. (forgive me if i switched those.)
Disregard the random phrases in the parenthesis... I had to do something to entertain myself while I was writing the specs out :tongue.gif:.
ok i added an element from minecraft to it. i know it is little but it is better than nothing. I also did it pixel by pixel and it is a 48x60 piece of the picture. It took me awhile. Anyway, if it isn't sufficient please tell me and i will do my best to make it look better. Also, to BeuTube, there is lighting closer to the old lighting engine that was first implemented in minecraft. It is subtle though, so it takes a pretty bright monitor to see it. also, it has a texture to it, but you can only see it at full resolution. I could also add a shadow to the torch if i wanted to.
p.s. the diamond looks a little blurry when it is scaled down like this. view the picture in at it's full resolution and you will be able to clearly see it. This happens because the diamond is raw and not anti-aliased.
Hello. I am posting a collection of different schemes of this design of wallpaper i designed. The idea is to have a central design with different color schemes available at request. i will post some already made ones here. Also, if you reply with a requested color scheme or a suggestion for another/new design I welcome these and i will create your requested color scheme. I am also working on different designs that are not yet posted. All wallpapers are in a 16:9 1080p resolution at a Jpeg format. 4:3 resolutions such as 1600x1200 available by request. So anyway, here are the schemes:
I have a really good idea for MCEDIT!!!!!
When i could program, i had do it xDxD
My idea is, that we can upload a picture into mc edit and pixel it.
Then MCEdit can choose the nearest color of pixels and is making a
building of this picture. Please note my idea :smile.gif:)
Regards
Daniel
You can do something similar with omen. use file > import png (or 'from' png i dont remember, but it doesnt matter)
and then use it. you just have to make sure that the map is the samde dimensions as the picture, and it only works in classic, which are the two biggest downsides.
I have been using MCEdit for months now, and LOVE IT. only one problem i just discovered:
.lvl files are crazy looking when opened. I tried converting it to a dat, but that did not work. in the level, it is a
256x256x256 map that is empty of grass or stone and just a hole of adminium. it has a coliseum in it, plus a few other buildings. is there a way to efficiently convert it .lvl a .dat? Can an update be released opening .lvls? is there a way to open them? thanks for any help!
1. this mod looks awesome and i really want it.
2. I followed the instructions on installation and it didn't work. i dont have any other mods installed.
3. My sound doesnt work anymore (in minecraft). could this be because of the mod?

Whats's wrong with the default bevel&emboss?
