When I read the title "Iron Arrows" the first problem that came to my mind was, regular flint arrows are already good. I can one shot a ghast with a power 1 bow, and then the damage with a power 5 bow **shivers.**
They maybe would have to nerf the regular flint arrows if they added iron arrows.
Another way they could make iron arrows work would be if instead of a feather and stck, they require rarer materials then that. Well, if you know what I mean.
Only instances iron arrows might be useful would be when fighting the Enderdragon, and PVP. If they added new, more powerful mobs on the otherhand...
For your other ideas, we already have TNT cannons ,':j
Well for design I would just go for whatever works. I made an underwater base on my server with a friend and we just kept expanding until I said that it was enough. When we were done I looked at it and it looked pretty nice.
But yeah, glass roof and sides are the way to go. I originally wanted to do a water cutoff system as well, but I didn't want to deal with that at the time. The way I would do it however is between rooms have piston doors that are always open. Then you could have a room that has a bunch of levers. Those levers would connect to different piston doors. Pull a lever and some piston doors would close. So if you had a mess hall, and there was a water breach, you would run to this "lever room" and look for a sign that says "BREACH IN MESS HALL." You would pull that lever and doors would close, leaving other rooms dry.
Anyway, just my idea.

Howdy! This is a video of a train station my friend and I created on my server (CotoCompany MineCraft Server - Controx). This Train Station may not be the coolest one out there. It may not be the most detailed. However, what makes this train station awesome is the fact my friend and I had to gather each individual block. Each piece of sand for the glass roof, and each piece of cobblestone for the walls. This took time, and we made it. I hope you enjoy the video, subscribe for more MineCraft Build Videos.

Howdy folks! This is the video of my MineCraft underwater base. It isn’t some puny little base that rests two blocks underwater. This base is HUGE!! With over 100+ manhours put into this, it is pretty cool I think. I haven’t seen any other underwater base quite to this scale on YouTube before. I know this isn’t the greatest but it is still better then some. You can access a longer description by clicking on the link to the video below and then look at the description there. Remember, my main reason why I think this is awesome is that I built this with my companion BY HAND in survival mode. Yes, we drowned a few times.

Hello, I am a representative of CotoCompany. This is my first post so no hate please. This is the first large project on CotoCompany's MineCraft Server, and it was all done by me, Razor Zelkren Teverek. This is the One Hundredth video on CotoCompany's YouTube channel. I created a Cathedral. It is not large, and I agree it is weak compared to some of the monster creations of some more famous YouTubers. I post here because I would like to receive some pointers on how to improve my future large projects, which I will post here in the future. I believe this still looks pretty cool.
I posted a pretty lengthy description of the video in the actual description of the video. So basically I want you guys to view it, provide positive feedback either here or leave a comment in the video, and leave a like rating on the video. If the video can reach a mere 20 likes, I will fill it with tnt and blow it sky high, because EVERYONE who plays MineCraft loves TNT correct?
Somethings I already know how to improve are:
*Add a texture pack
*I forgot to place torches on a pillar inside the Cathedral.
