Anyway i was thinking that we make a GIANT Arena, where we watch fights and do events such as mob waves and the winner gets diamonds or something.. but thats just and idea i had, think i'd need elmes permision for it.
Do we have a PvP area yet? I saw I can enable that flag in worldedit for a specific region, but I am not sure if it will work with our settings. I was going to make a police station after the bank is done and put in my typical cells. With the ability to put in PvP though... I was thinking of making a "questioning" room with PvP turned on. :smile.gif:
If Corwyn is using his old system he makes iron vaults with a chest inside and a personla wapr inside.
Now that I can spawn blocks I went a step further. Adminium cells with iron around them on a build restricted lot. No matter what antigrief system fails only a dedicated hacker is getting in there now... :smile.gif: And with the double thick walls people won't need to put a block on their chests anymore.

Anyways,over to something completely different.
Recently several people have been reporting griefing and stealing even within the city.
This is most likely due to an error in the permit system that should not be there.
I do not know the solution to the problem,nor do i know the ETA on a possible fix.
I have yet to speak to Elme about this,but i have notified him about the issue,so when he has the time ha can address this.
In the mean time i suggest camouflage is the best weapon to combat this problem in the short run.
Hide your stashes as best you can,if you can.
Many of you have lost your permits to your own houses.
One way to prevent your chests from being looted is to encase them in gold/iron blocks.
However,those can only be broken by a MOD/Admin and that would add to the workload we already have.
Its not ease for anyone,but we are on the case and try to get this sorted as soon as possible.

I have been able to login to minecraft, and I have been able to log in to other servers. Just not this one. Timeouts are now the issue. Maybe a connection between here and .dk is dicey recently.
The last week or two I have been having trouble connecting at all, and when I do, I typically lag out and lose connection and can't get back on. :smile.gif: Sounds like I am having ping issues (from the US, so not too surprising). But I haven't had that problem before...
I don't know what happend but my house was broken in.
Blocks have been moved, lucky to me he dind't steel any diamond.
But still is this called griefing?.
But this is unacceptable.
If he stole my weapons then he could do a alot of damage.
And some of my food has been stolen.

Any thoughts on letting me back on. I think the fact that banning me doesn't seem to have had any difference in the issues you are seeing is a sign it wasn't me that was doing it. If not, then no problem. I know you guys just want to keep your server clean and I can respect that even if I wasn't doing anything - that is hard for me to prove.
Gimp, I didn't do anything to your chests man. Me and Miller had been building a house and a mine for about an hour before you came on. There were a bunch of other people on while we were playing, maybe one of them stole stuff from you chest or something.
Seriously, check the logs. I can vouch for kmiller too, he was with me almost the whole time!
i'll look into it for you. i also suggest that you don't lie about anything.

Sorry I haven't been on more lately - work is kicking my butt and making me put in 20 hour days. Pfft!
