    Hehe yeah they are always angry in the Nether, I've been playing my mod more and had to get more lightstone, my 350 hostiles max made it an insane challenge, but I managed to get 64 lightstone, the key is to get high up lightstone, building to it if you have to, in areas safe from the massive horde of hostiles below you waiting, and taming any ghasts that are going to shoot you down, with Humans+ theres a lot more freaky guys there too, I was out of domination rods so I had to improvise.

    Also if you're having problems with SDK Guns and Humans+ not working, this one might work http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16326915/mod_HumansPlus.class


    And if you haven't noticed I've released a new mod, MovePlus, makes moving around in Minecraft a lot more fun :biggrin.gif:

    Found a crash in 2.12, if you are using Pirates or Nekos mod or anything else that makes an entity target an item, this 2.13 update is highly recommended.

    Thanks for reminding me! I forgot I actually added that in 2.12, simply LEFT click a pet ANYTHING with the domination rod and it will mount you onto it, instantly, easy to use.

    Oh and 2.12 is out, check the main post, *adds this feature to the update list*

    Prepping 2.12 release now....

    Ok so apparently the stuck issue STILL happens despite removing the entity # reload limit, I went back into my own save I've been playing mostly legitly and according to the game I was mounted onto a squid?! despite being stuck and never mounting to anything..... I guess programming in code to remember what is stacked to what, isn't without its bugs...

    I've been using an easy solution to fix it and I've now added an extra menu option at the bottom of pet mod options due for next release:

    - "If stuck, enable this" <- will automatically set you to "alive" incase the game thinks you're not, and also resets the mounted state of the player, works like a charm


    Also additions since my last big post:

    - Pets will defend you MUCH BETTER now!! They actively scan all living hostiles in the area to see if they're targetting you or anything on your team, no more enemies walking by your army of pets killing you before they even react. (yay for actual playtesting)

    - forcePetStayNear properly works when set to false now, pets will finally follow again once they see no new target to attack, i HIGHLY recommend playing with follow distance of 10 blocks and forcePetStayNear = false (NUMPAD 5)

    @Akirim, Hmm I see that mod edits a lot of files, and frequently used ones too, the error is also unfortuately not obvious as to what the problem is, will probably remain incompatible.

    Also AFAIK some of the Humans+ mobs are supposed to attack you, my pet mod doesn't effect their targetting currently, only original mobs for optimal compatibility.

    @JProllz, lol @ chicken flying, interesting, might be able to fix that. Try right clicking a skeleton from afar to tame it :wink.gif:

    Also ty for the NM Mod Enabled info, I'll have a look see.

    @Edxpain someday, that will be possible if my dedication holds, doing so will require reprogramming 3000 or so lines of code for multiplayer usage

    @JProllz, bahaha, true, didn't really think about that at all, most of this mod has a "set your own level of challenge" freedom vibe going on with it anyways, you have the power to not use it!

    Before replies to bugs, I've confirmed the player stuck issue(a slightly different version of it) still exists in the game IF YOU have more than 1000 entities in the game when saving and reloading, this is some debugging code that I left in that deletes any entities after loading a 1000, was usefull when I was stuck at 20000 entities stallness.... this issue will be fixed for real version 2.12.... in the meantime dont increase the maxes to equal over 800 (keep in mind mob spawners ignore these maxes)

    Next version also has so far: 3+ Pet Zombie Miners nearby not only boost your mining, but remove the delay after mining a block, and enables what some call "click mining", very fast! insanely fast on grass!



    @Akirim, thanks for pasting the error report, also the info on level not saving, I think you are running a slightly outdated version, try updating to my mods 2.11 version, if that doesn't help let me know, I think the problem was related to mounted entities and boats.

    @noleosis, uhhh weird, mr_okushamas humans attack eachother but not the original mobs, do you see zombies attacking other zombies too?

    @WizardRiley, Strange, I'm using all those mods now and it works fine for me, I'm going to require more information in order to solve that one, I will need you to try running minecraft from the command line, if you run windows try running this in the console after opening "cmd" in the windows run dialog -> java -Xms512m -Xmx1024m -cp "%APPDATA%\.minecraft\bin\*" -Djava.library.path="%APPDATA%\.minecraft\bin\natives" net.minecraft.client.Minecraft

    If it works it will run minecraft with output in that console, once the game blackscreens, copy the error that the console has pasted, and paste it here, good luck! If issues try googling "run minecraft from the command line", also I hope you did more than 'almost' removing META-INF

    @DoktorJ and any others with issues not being able to craft the rods ..... I'm not too sure what could be causing that if the game runs fine, it MIGHT be that the textures are missing, try this: assume that the item is invisible(for testing), put the items on the crafting table as if you are going to craft it, then click the result box as if there was an item in it, does it remove items from the crafting table as if it was crafted? If it does, you must be missing the item graphics from your minecraft.jar....... OR you are using SDK Guns without the SDK'd modloader, I think I had that issue once.


    Only other suggestion I can think of is running in command line like i said to WizardRiley above, except since it doesnt crash, try to craft the rod (as if its invisble), then copy and paste everything thats in the console window behind minecraft at that point and put in a http://pastebin.com/ post (so it isnt spammy in here with errors), and link back here.

    Also I checked the minecolony ids and they dont conflict, and if they did, it would still craft something, either his or mine IIRC

    @Talketh, Hmmm, check in your %appdata%\.minecraft\mods\AIManager folder, is there a guiconfig.properties file? If not there must be a file permissions issue on your computer or something...

    People, post the crash report when it crashes, otherwise I wont waste my time investigating a crash that never happens to me.

    @lalliman, just use av.class from minecraft advanced, ghats are pretty useless pets at the moment, should work together fine without my av.class

    @XkiloX95, I assume you had this happen to you when trying version 2.0, read the solution under the download link, if it does not solve the problem let me know in this thread (I don't read PMs)

    @I3aizey, in Options where you'd exepct it to be, if it's not there you didn't install correctly

    I just had a look at the requirements for using TFC mods, and the way I zip up my mod makes it already compatible, did you try it at all? It has no picture or readme but it should work.

    Edit: also next version will have pic and a "readme"

    Edit2: @I3aizey, do you see a 'Pet Mod' option button in the Mod Settings menu? If not you probably didn't install correctly, if you do, hmm...

    Incorrect, GUI API 1.2_01 works for minecraft 1.2_02

    Ah, they wont spawn if Nightmare mode is off, but No separate option to disable them, I'll add that :biggrin.gif:

    The mining zombie can be disabled though.
