I think i'm am the best choice for guard, because...

For one, I think because I was a guard on the server for more than a year, and i retired just yesterday because I was getting bored, I wasn't sure weather or not i'd regret it or not, but I guess this app shows I clearly did. I know you guys don't want to see long and ­ty apps because it's a waste of time, so i'm going to make it simple.

Most people on the server (if you decide to ask) would say i'm a good guard, on my behalf I would agree, i spent 5+ hours on the server, every day. And i usually guarded with a Sharpness 4 Fire Aspect 2 sword, and around 10 opples. Anyway, currently there aren't many guards, that or not many active ones, everyone knows i'd be active so that's just another reason.

Im usually on my teamspeak always communicating with others (sometimes guards, sometimes not) Anyways I really know what I am doing since I'm a very experienced guard, especially on here. I'm a responsible guy and I will not abuse the guard perks.

Noakii, you said to me in chat that now if I get trainee my alpha chances are back to 0. This doesn't really bother me considering it's pretty fun starting on a clean slate (hopefully) In conclusion, I think i'd be a good addition to the guard team.

Also, Noakii i apologize for what i've done wrong. I'm also sorry for retiring from guard, considering there's probably little chance of me getting it back. But hey, it is what it is, and what ever your opinion is, i'll just deal with it.

• (About Me) I am a mature person for my age and I know that if I break any rules I will have to pay the consequences. Also, I'm aware that if I abuse my position, it might cause other prisoners to leave the server which I would hate to see. I am open to any suggestions/tips to help me with guarding. I will kindly answer any questions asked by the prisoners and help them out in any way I can. I’m fairly laid back, but I will get serious when the time comes. If I become a trainee, I will not abuse my powers or store any guard kits.
• (Motivation): This server is my favorite one in Minecraft and there's nothing that will ever make me leave. I won’t lose hope or get frustrated being a trainee. Pretty much the only thing that would cause me not to play is if the server shuts down. I feel Convicted has out ruled all of the other Minecraft servers I’ve been on. Even if I’m trainee for a long time I will not give up and quit. I will keep putting all my effort on improving my guard skills. Trainee is the only thing that would matter to me. I have noticed some guards not noticing other prisoners breaking rules and I happen to have a very good eye so you can rely on me to catch and sneaky attacks or people scrolling over their contrabands. I am very motivated to become a trainee and have started to prepare for the day that I get accepted. I have been receiving tips from trainees/guards/former guards&trainees and their advice has been very helpful.
• (Rules): I will follow all the rules that are apply to me and if I catch someone breaking the rules I will give them the correct punishment. Abusing would just be a stupid move especially if the only thing that I want to be right now is a guard. I have all of the rules written down on a piece of paper just in case I happen to forget. You will not have to question me as I will always make the right decisions and the right times
• (PVP): In my opinion I think I am a decent PvPer. When I riot occurs I will be the first to take action and put it to an end. I will not be afraid to stick my head in a big battle. Being a guard is not just about just about killing people and jailing people. Its about keeping the prison in order but also making the PvP aspect of the server enjoyable. I have been practicing my skills and have improved enormously. All in all being a trainee would mean a lot to me. I would fit right into the spot of a trainee.

Adding onto what egg and Starzy said, I like Killion but feel that what has happened is not what should happen.

Players make mistakes. Humans make mistakes. Mods make mistakes. Killion is making one now.

The Wardens have said many times, just ask us. But beyond asking a million questions, people make mistakes. Everyone does, it happens.

You say, 'ask us if you feel something is up'. Exactly how many questions can a person ask? 20? 100? Everyone does things they shouldn't do, but that's why we have time. To FIX what happened in the past. Let me put this into an example.

You have Chat Mod A. This person is quite fond of your server and follows the rules as best as he can. He has asked tons of questions and is always super cautious about what he does. As Sky says, ask Wardens any questions.

Chat Mod A does something mildly questionable but in the long run beneficial to Killion as he talks for about 10 seconds in a few instances why one of its rival servers is desperate and not good. This is a mistake. Chat Mod A should not be doing this, as all humans do things they really should not.

What do you do? Demote him.
What could you have done? Talked to him, saying Look, I understand that you love your rank and all but stop talking about other servers.

See where I'm going? Basically, when Killion has two choices, either to demote or to be rational, it will choose option A.

Spoken from someone who is truly quite heartbroken and disappointed but also wants to tell you guys something. I don't make decisions around here, but I hope you guys can make the right one.

I think I am the best choice for a guard because I am very loyal, I am trustworthy, I don't abuse power, I am respectful towards others, and I have a lot more friends than enemies. If you don't believe any of this go on the server and ask my faction or allies and I bet they will agree with me. I can also play almost everyday except Saturdays and Sundays. Unless I am grounded. I never get revenge on people or hold grudges unless it is really bad, but I always keep my temper under control. I think that this server could use more guards because sometimes there is no guards on so people are going around killing others constantly. Other times there is just one guard or trainee on and this server is WAY TOO BIG for just one or two people. Over time I have read or seen a few complaints. So one person may not be a lot but it would help. I was also a trainee before and had received little complaints. I was also recommended for full guard by another trainee.

I don't scam and I have never scammed before and there was a guard whose name I am not going to say but my friend got mad at him because he said he was scammed by the guard. I am great at pvp. I almost always defend myself not attack others, like I said before I don't hold grudges. I have never been banned from any server in my entire time playing minecraft. I also consider myself to be a decent inmate.

I have never been muted (or maybe just once or twice) while playing minecraft. I don’t think any guards or wardens think of me as a bad person, and other inmates don’t either (Most inmates anyways). So I think that means I am a pretty good inmate. I am a very responsible boy and I am very mature for my age. I have a lot of members in my faction and a lot of allies, so I think that means they all trust me with the admin powers in a faction. Or in other words responsible. This may not mean much in minecraft, but in real life everyone thinks I am responsible. My parents let me stay home by myself and where I live it is pretty un-common to see a 12 year old boy home alone for hours. My parents trust me with all sorts of things like expensive things (Like an Ipod 5th generation), public websites for socializing, dangerous tools, ect. So I think of myself as a pretty responsible and a pretty mature boy.

So overall I think I am good because of all the things I mentioned and even more things I have forgotten to mention. Also if you read this you may notice I have none or very misspelled words and correct punctuation ect. So I care about those things unlike a lot of people. If you read this thank you for taking the time to and please take my guard application into consideration.

8. Do you understand that nagging Wardens in-game to read your app will result in immediate decline? Yes I understand. I also know it can be hard sometimes to be a warden and nagging them would make it harder. (I think the rule should be you can't ask anyone to read it.)

Why you deserve to be unbanned: First of all, I was never xraying in the first place, and I've never had any mods installed, except for Optifine, because I could get the right settings for my computer to run. Also, we werent even online when we were banned!

Any additional information: I've missed the server for a long time! For several months I've just ignored it, but I've always wanted to get back on. I tried to be a big part of the community, even considered applying to be a gaurd, but I wanted to be a part of the actualy community, not the one enforcing it. I even donated after I got to free, I played for a very long time to get there! It meant I spent countless hours digging tunnels after tunnels in the mines, and I hate that someone thought I was cheating to get it. My mining techniques follow strict patterns, and if you want to watch while I mine you would see that! So I just want to ask if I can be a part of it again. Being a donator, and getting acsess to those mines, who would even need xray? It's pointless that I would use it. So that's why I want to ask one more time if I can come back, because I want to try to help the server by being a part of the community, I used to help people get to higher ranks by offering to guard them when in the hallways, and showing them around the place and how things work. So please consider adding me back!

But now I would really like to be unbanned. Ever since I got banned I took a break from minecraft. This was my favorite and only server I played on. I loved everyone on it. The only mod I have in my minecraft is Optifine which is allowed. I promise it was not real. I was just playing aorund with my friend trying to make it look like I was Derping. I do not have Nodus. I do not have aimbot, forcefield anything. I am a very clean player and miss all of the good times I had on this server.

Any additional information: I don't hack. I really want to return to the server to continue having fun with all of my friends.

Thank you for reading this and please unban me I really miss the server. Im sure you guys have all tried to make it look like you were derping. Aldron was just doing his job I understand that was a small mistake but mistakes are always forgiven on my part.

Why Should You Be Guard: I feel like I'm the ambitious type. I don't really fight unless I'm in a riot or someone hit me first, though. I feel this is a good characteristic for guards. I wish to be guard so I can help C's that are getting trolled by spawnfisters, full diamond armor attackers, and other annoying players. Part of my decision to become a guard is so I wouldn't get trolled. I wish to also become a guard because my favorite guard, iNicool left. I hope that with hard work, I'll become an alpha guard. But, I'll leave the decision to you, the fine guards of this prison. Thanks for reading so far.
Nagging: Yes, I know this is extremely intolerable, and I will not do so.

• Don't ask for a promotion - that should be obvious.
• Be mature.

One more thing, Guard and Trainee recommendations don't mean anything. Putting them in your application doesn't increase your chances of getting promoted. Only AlphaGuard recommendations will increase your chance.

I also want to be reespected among the server. I would also like to help players running back and forth from the mines so tey dont lose there stuff. Also campers who just roam the courtyard freely with iron armor just killing everything. I want to encourage ranking up through hard work not violence

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs)I am respectful, acknowledge the chain of command, like to help people and enjoy playing minecraft. I have a large knowledge of all areas of minecraft, especially redstone, although i am still learning command block logic. I know almost all server commands but understand that i will only be provided with the ones that are allocated to me in respect to my ranks and I respect the creators and upholders of the server for not allowing just anybody to gain an op rank ( I know that doing so would create havoc and probably ruin the server).
In short I enjoy helping people, playing minecraft, and keeping order. I know a lot about being in charge and not abusing that privilege. I hope that you will accept my application and think that I would enjoy the server even more if i had the ability to not only go through the normal process but also helping the server while i do it.
