Update released! Fixes the shell script error bug if you don't have the correct permissions.

I've almost got a fix for the "Run Shell Script" error. I've had to completely rewrite half the application.

Yes our website was down at that time. You can try again now but it will only work for people with administrator rights due to some permissions errors.

Yes, I'm having the same problems. Tobias Mollstam from Mojang has said a temporary fix should be out in a few minutes.
