Alright, we can see how this goes.
Name:Kartha (Few friends call her Kari)
Faction:Garlants
Age: twenty three
Looks: Her brown hair and eyes make her much like the other girls of the region, but her beauty makes her stand out, not good for a lone woman in a army of mostly men.
BIO: Despite being a pretty girl, Kari fought her way to the top and she intends to remain a second in command, despite what any man might do.
The young soldier looks ahead. Was he ready for this squad? He looks at the rider next to him. Kartha, the second in command. She was a quick thinking as her horse was fast. "Stop!" Her strong yet light voice yelled. All of them halted. "Look ahead." There before them, was a lone Lycan. "Our adventure starts early." She remarks, unwrapping her arrows.

Yes, but all you would need would be griefers. If they build things so that others can destroy them, and then they go destroy things others have built for the purpose of being destroyed, everyone's happy!
