It isn't 12 ft tall, which means it could be anything from 0-11.99999999 (etc) or 12.00000000000000000000000000000000000000(etc)1 to infinity ft tall.

It doesn't have one virtually useless claw, so it might have 0 or 2 or anything higher than two claws. Or, perhaps it has just one claw which IS useful.

Oh, and it's not a predator, which probably means that it's a forager. But it could also be a scavenger, and depending on your definition, it might be a fisher.

As you can see, I'm a little stumped.

Not being a predator would explain the uselessness of the claw, so I'll assume that's right. But if 12 ft tall is right, then that means that it isn't from the Cenozoic... Which would mean... A Pterosaur, perhaps? Or maybe one of the early Aves?
