To start I would like to say, I have read the main post, most of the wiki, and the last few pages here. In that information I did not find the solution to my problem.
The problem I am having is with the track layer. I have a SMP server and, I simply cannot get the track layer to work. I made it and placed it. It sits there with the head spinning and I can put things in all of the slots except the fuel slot. Whenever I put coal, or anything else for that matter in the fuel slot it kicks it out.
also while it is sitting I can push it and it will face the direction I push it in. When it stops after about 3 or 4 seconds it will turn and face negative x direction on an x axis parallel track. That's not a problem just putting it out there.
Finally I punched it to destroy it and out of about 10 destructions it duplicated itself once. The fuel problem is my main concern. Thanks for any help.
Yea I got the same problem on my server. It laggs in and out and lots of tearing. Shoots to max height and refuses to decrease altitude. If I need to post logs or something let me know.
I've noticed how people have been saying something along the lines of, "can you make it so it saves my edit's to the city?" Idk if you came up with an answer to that yet, but, I have a suggestion....with the builder, have a button (the same clickable thing that say fix city) that says something like 'Save city' so that the city gets saved as it is. And then if you wanted it back to its 'default state' there would also be a button that says 'Change to default'.....You may have come up with a solution, I'm not sure, buuut, give this a thought :biggrin.gif: you may have other ideas for it, and the names of the buttons could be better but, its just an idea :biggrin.gif:
Its not the idea of what and how to do that is hard to come by. Its the coding.
Sorry brah, tried that, tried manual install. Been modding this successfully since 1,3, only have issues with forge.
All but the last 2 mods I have used often. My install order is Modloader, then other similar mods e.g. Audiomod, ModloaderMP, GUIApi. Then Forge. Then MCPatcher OR OptiFine-Forge version. I get zero issues with this setup. If that doesn't work in a fresh jar file, then I dunno what to tell you.

also none of my server settings will save throught the gui. I don't know if this is a known bug because I couldn't find a bugs section.

Definitely the wrong thread.
Googling 'Minecraft shocka api' turned it up in the top 5.
