First off I want to apologize if this is the wrong place to discuss this but I feel it seems to be the best location, after installing some incredibly good mods, I'm a little too powerful, and I could do with some more mobs to fight. Or at the very least a way to RAISE their spawn rate a little. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Looking forward to seeing more progress on your texture pack, also I'm not sure if you noticed but I also extended the blade of your diamond sword, it kinda looked like a dagger.
Oh and your smoothstone and incredibly easy on the eyes
Wow this is a nice looking texture pack, and I'm loving your tools.
Edit:
The only possible thing I could suggest is maybe tweak the stone sword, it looks kinda like a shovel, maybe just extend the blade down and add a simple cross tree
Edit of edit:
I hope you don't mind terribly but I made some very slight tweaks, I really do love your tools though, extremely pleasing to the eyes
Okay so I just deleted my bin and resources files to start fresh for minecraft 1.8. But here's the problem; when I updated my game, I got a fresh resources folder, but I don't have any the old sounds.
Now I know Minecraft is supposed to check for that stuff and resupply it if needed, but for whatever reason; I'm not getting it.
(in hindsight I probably shouldn't have deleted the damned resources folder. that was stupid)
Maybe later mojang'll add the ability to combine a feather with ink to make a pen, then when you combine the pen with the map you'll be able to add markers.
Okay so I love Minecraft. But for the longest time my poor laptop gets HOT while playing it, like we're talking 80c hot while playing. Is there anything I can possibly do to make sure my laptop doesn't melt itself playing this damn game?
(I have a cooling pad right now, working on getting a better one soon)
Honestly I'm not sure if it matters but I may as well provide the specs of my lappy as well:
OS: Windows 7
AMD Turion II Ultra dual-core mobile m620
6 gigs RAM
ATI Mobility radeon HD 4650 series
Any ideas guys? Or am I up an extremely unpleasant creek without a paddle.
