On your timeline you said "substance over decoration". You said you removed the map Gloria 2… You said it was in your dark ages, a learning experience… a failure… but NO! This was epic! Especially when I found myself back on the original island a year ago before you… removed… it… You should really re-imagine it! It was epic and I want it back...

    You've read my timeline already?!

I'm glad someone enjoyed it at least...I definitely considered giving it an overhaul after the Frostburn update, except old worlds have been growing increasingly buggy in the latest Minecraft versions. For instance, Soaring No Longer flat-out fails to load in Minecraft 1.8.7. If I were to reimagine it, it would most likely have to be for an older version of the game.

You are right about one thing, though...I shouldn't let it disappear out of existence. No map deserves that fate.

Looks nice! You get my seal of approval vines. :D

I would make your screenshots brighter, though. I have a bright monitor, and they still look dark to me.

I waited over 2 years for this episode.

    It was worth it.

At first I thought about "Monolith of Justice", "Haven of the Forging" or (totally different) "Mask of Nature". You can suggest names :D

I approve. I like "Mask of Nature" best. :)

Hello! I've made a for-reference map (A Resource Pack Demo) that can be used for viewing a resource pack. I have laid out the textures in an open void world, but have also compacted it so that you do not have to fly far to see everything in their respective areas which include items like blocks, mobs, particles, etc. I've no area for individual biomes as of yet.

Unfortunately, there has not been much response to it. I hope that by posting my map here it will spark some curiosity as I am curious myself about how people see my map. Thank you. :)

I'm not a big fan of it because I like seeing retextured blocks in their natural environments. Separating each block makes it impossible to see how certain blocks would look together; it also makes it difficult to find and resolve tiling errors.

IMO, the way textures look together in a resource pack is more important than the textures themselves.

Yessss Zisteau is playing a map I (partially) made! My life's ambition is now fulfilled!

(On a slightly more serious yet still not serious note, this shall be fun!)

Hehe, just found this. What a perfect birthday present!

It would be even better if my Dropbox links weren't suspended due to traffic. :/

Wow. Looks like this map has come quite a long way since I saw it when it was first released. Keep up the good work. :)
