I dont think it is strange. Do you know how to power up something?
-Redstone torch lights up the block above it unless it is air.
-The block above the redstone torch also powers up what is above, beside, behind, or in front.
(Since the block above the redstone torch is a lamp, the lamp lights up and also distributes the power to nearby lamps causing them to light)
-Redstone dust powers up the block it faces to, below it, and below the block that is below the dust. (or maybe)
(Since the redstone dust is placed on a lamp, the lamp gets power. And since there are lamps below those lamps, those lamps below the powered lamps receive power as well) - To post a comment, please login.

I respect your opinions, but how could adding soft mushroom peelings improve shears?

*cough* *cough* Iron golems *cough* *cough* Snow golems *cough* *cough* Wither *cough* *cough*
But on a more serious note, how in the world could wool and ink make sponge?

Thanks!
And I am sorry for the errors in the post earlier. They have been fixed.

Thanks for support!
As for the peels, I'll be thinking as to what can be crafted out of them.

No, but you can grow huge mushrooms and use silk touch to collect the pore-filled blocks and just stick the peels on them once placed.
And thanks for support.

We have the feature which allows us to use Silk Touch to collect mushroom blocks, don't we? But do we currently have the ability to keep the side textures, or do we all just get the brown stuff? There is currently no way of legitimately obtaining mushroom blocks with the differently-textured sides and this idea is made to fix that.
Obtaining:
You can collect this by shearing a textured side of a mushroom block. The color you'll get depends on the texture you sheared off.
After shearing off the side, the texture will turn into that boring insides.
(Note: This will damage the shears by one point.)
Usage:
You can right-click on any side of a mushroom block while holding a mushroom peeling to change its appearance to the corresponding texture.
(Note: If ever you make a mistake, you can shear it off again.)

No, splash as in the yellow text in the start-up screen.

Those 5 new colors of flowers are a series of color variants. For the dyes, colored wool, stained glass and stained clay, it's like they picked 16 random colors and turned them into the aforementioned.

Alright I'll give why I chose a live sheep:
Sheep barely have a use. Sure, they make great wool source for beds but after that, wool is just mostly for aesthetic purposes.

So you're basically just right-clicking it onto the sheep? I guess that's close enough to my suggestion.
