Hello, AussieMines Network is recruiting Mods, PreMods.
We are also looking for an admin that is capable of setting up Bungeecord.
◘ What does each rank mean?
[Builder] At the moment we have a simple built spawn area that is in need of a do-over, as the rank [Builder] you will be able to release all your creative juices on the server to build new and exciting projects that are needed for the server. You position is vital! A new server needs builds that will make players stop and stare, we want a server that will make people inspired and make them want to come back and explore more of the world, if your application is accepted we will interview you on Skype before testing your building skills on the server.
[Developer] As a Developer you will have the position of helping to fix any bugs that may pass through the time or skill of the LSA's and/or the Owner, you will also be required to have good experience as you will be needed to help keep the server unique and running smoothly. We hope in the future to include a few custom features, at this stage this is not dramatically important as we are mainly looking at finalizing all the installed plugins and permissions.
[PreMod] As a PreMod you will be required to help Moderate chat, the LSA's and the Owner will mainly be keeping the server running and exciting while organizing everything, this may sometimes leave little time to keep a close eye on chat, this is where you will step in and help by keeping chat under control. Over time if as a team we are impressed by your work we will consider promoting you to [Moderator] which gives extra permissions and extra responsibility, however if you are worthy of it you will get it.

Why would you make a good staff? I have managed many servers and I have a lot of experience in plugin management and recruitment. Some of my skills include protecting important areas, setting up important plugins, managing ranks, and advertising. I find myself to be a very mature player who would never troll, ban someone without proof, and other important attributes. I made this application small because I feel my work is better shown in-game or in an interview.

A little about yourself (Past experience, Hobbies, etc.):
I am a former staff member on Void Prison. Void Prison was a sizably voluminous server of 80+ players. I can help gain more players. Taking suggestions from other members can help you get active members. For example, if most people want a plugin called "Auctions", and you integrate it, they will want to stay because they get what they like. Additionally, keeping something that they stay on to wait for, such as lotteries or crates, will keep them on just to get them. I know after staff experiences on an immense server, what keeps them on and what to do in harsh situations. I can do well under-pressure, and I used to own a network not long-ago. It was pretty prosperous getting 60+ players, but the host shut down. I will facilitate with moderating the server, as I feel I know what i'm doing whilst I am online. With all of my past experiences, I actually have learned what to do in any moment. I can help with decision making, also. I know what can help grow this server.

I have seen many griefers and saw 2 today, I just hated them but then again there is fun with them.For example banning them and banning the ip so they can never join.
Any experience:I have been staff on 8 servers
But sadly many of them had trouble with money.
Are you good with plugins:If you mean doing commands or setting up perms for the command to the person.Yes I am.
How long have you played:Honestly I would say not enough to even gain your trust, but if u want me to stay for a while in the night i can.
Good Builder:Not as much as a year ago
Long story short I took a break like 8 months and forgot everything pretty much about building and got into commands and plugins. (Still learning about plugins but can set up perms)
What is a staff member:Now when i would ask some players who are begging for staff define staff they will probably say oh Op or Admin (Complete total power) but this is a different meaning to me.To me it means someone who is trusted and given power to support the server.
